Very clean! Excellent front desk workers-checking in & leaving! Indoor pool was great! Room layout and bath were perfect!

The breakfast is 30 minutes later for Sat/Sun??? We had a conference to be at and so chose from already prepared and put out items to make up a breakfast (boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt) but was chastised by the breakfast manager that we would entice others to want to eat early! At 6:45…May I suggest a panel to block off the food area-or NOT setting out the fast food-or even a cloth over the food? Or a sign ON the food buffet?

The hotel overall was very nice and clean and good breakfast and selection of snacks available

The price was just too much, we had to have a suite, because we had our three kids, but we were there because of a family member emergency in ICU and it broke us, just for three days! And I just don't think it should be unreasonable price to have a clean safe place to stay, especially in an emergency and we were not even given a Military or any type of discount that helped us at all, I even asked for a weekly rate... It shouldn't be near a grand for three days!!!

The property was in a great location (close to EVERYTHING) clean, accommodating, and quiet. Also, breakfast was good and the time breakfast ended for night owls was great. Lastly, the 12p checkout time was wonderful.

My only complaint is that my mattress was very firm. Most hotel mattresses are super soft.

The hotel was clean, very comfortable and the staff were all so pleasant!

Breakfast on the weekend did not start until 7am. I think this is too late for most travelers, who, if they are like me, prefer to hit the road early. I've never experienced this late breakfast schedule at a hotel before.

Everything, cleanliness, the modern look, the bed was super comfortable, I love the shower in our room. The customer service was outstanding. The location was great. We come to Jackson Tennessee alot my son plays football at one of the colleges there. Now we have been staying at the other hotels but this will definitely be our new home when visiting Jackson.

Excellent customer service, the facility was very clean. They accommodated our request for a room on the first floor.

Breakfast could use some improvement. The fruit was not fresh at all. Should not have been served. The juice machine was not working and there was not alternative.

The staff were so nice. When they found out we booked this because it was listed as pet friendly, they refunded our reservation, and helped us find another hotel. The facility was clean, and was well located around food and stores, and in a nice neighborhood.

Booking.com lists this property as pet friendly. They do not accept pets. I've had a lot of trouble lately with properties being mislabeled like this.

Clean rooms, quiet, nice bathroom, breakfast was good, plenty of parking

The toilet was clogged a little and we had to keep calling room service for more towels but they didn’t bring them so we had to go get them.

Plenty of parking and the entire hotel was very clean

In the bathroom, the shower curtain is a little too short, so when taking a shower the curtain wants to fall outside the tub and gets the bathroom floor soaked

The bed was a little to hard for i think they should invest in mattress toppers besides that my stay was very good & I couldn't believe the price especially on the weekend
