I like the location, price and way the staff helped us with a problem at check in.

The precheck in did not work. I had to do everything I did on the precheck with the desk clerk. The precheck also assigned an upstairs room and there isn't an elevator. We specifically requested downstairs due to health reasons. Fortunately, even though the desk clerk was frustrated, she was able to get us checked into a downstairs room. No coffee pot in the room.

The sausage and biscuits were good. The eggs were okay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was open and looked okay, but we were not prepared to use it. The TV had numerous channels and looked good.

The coffee and tea were located by the check-in desk. I thought there should be a set up in the breakfast area too. The desk lamp was not in good working order and stopped me from trying to use my computer. We returned a few days later and spent one night in a nearby room. The floor lamp was not working and the desk lamp was not in good repair. The desk people need to explain the key cards. They proved difficult to use and were demagnitized by car keys in the same hand. The desk needs to point out the blue downward arrow to be placed in the door. It is difficult to see against the dark background. Many people seemed to be struggling with the key cards for the exterior and interior doors.

This is always the best value in Jackson! We travel here often and always choose this hotel now! When we first started to go to Jackson often we tried others before finding this one! I will not book anywhere else now after finding this one!

The breakfast could use a little improvement. Its really crowded in there.

Nice comfy environment, couldn't hear other guests from our room. The pool was nice, too. Coffee was great.

I wish when you stayed extra nite it was discounted better. The waffle maker was out of order. It would have been nice to have, even if they were already made.

The beds were really comfortable. The area was really close to amenities.

Someone came banging on the door at 9:11 to ask if we were staying over. Checkout isn’t until 11! When I looked out the peephole I saw a lady with a clipboard but when I asked who it was she never said anything even after trying to open the door. Check in was slow but the guy was nice and check out was fast but they had everyone’s information laying out on the counter.

Loved the Comfy beds and clean showers

No towles in pool area / staff said she couldn't give extra. Not enough breakfast/ they were out by 8 am when we checked out. Supposed to be served 6 am until 9 am front desk said they wouldn't set anymore out.

The rooms are soundproof. The convenience of being close to where everything I need is (walmart,The Columns etc).

I was suppose to have a king bed, but when I checked in I got 2 queens instead. I'm tall & chubby, so I like my beds big lol. I like the privacy of hotel (it's quite) but trying to leave there going back towards Highland is VERY challenging sometimes.

Pool was wonderful and warm ....Guy working second shift when we checked in was wonderful and very helpful with everything.The hotel was clean and very convenient to everything. Will be staying there again in couple months. Didn't eat breakfast so no review on it. Last time we stayed there it was good.

Everything was wonderful nothing to bad at all

To be honest we didn't eat breakfast just a lil to early plus that's to early to start short time to end 6am 8am. Not enough time but everything was fine

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was great! There wasn't much outside noise. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, both on arrival and checkout! The cleaning staff was friendly and considerate.

Lighting in the room was very dim. Breakfast was moderate.
