The building was beautiful. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly.

Complimentary water bottles would have been appreciated very much. The vending machine stole My money. The staff had no way to refund it and no resolution to the problem except the water fountain, Which my family has not used since covid. The walls in the area near the vending/ pop machine were dirty. There was stuff piled in the area and cobwebs. I was surprised because I imagine a lot of the guests had to go to the vending machines since there were no complimentary Waters. The wall area surrounding the elevator buttons were visibly dirty and needed wiped down badly.

We always stay here when traveling through to Nashville. We are both female and it is super safe place. Room doors face the inside of the hotel and the air is super cold. The free breakfest area is super clean and has the standerd carb type stuff. Waffles, oatmeal bagels, cereal fruit

Only improvement would have more comfortable beds. They are a bit hard

The stay was nice ..The location was perfect for everything we needed . The price was reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again .I will ask to see if they have rooms with walk in showers.

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable...the seal around the tub needed to be removed and replaced it's showing black mold.... I thought the room would have a walk in shower ,instead of a bath tub shower combo .

The breakfast was not much so we went out to eat. The attendance were wonderful and friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could’ve been better and the TV could’ve been set up. However, they came and got it working.

Breakfast was a little weak compared to other places we stayed, someone had spilled coffee in 2 places and no one was around to clean it up, I went to the front desk just to inform them and no one was around at all, the phone rang and someone answered it from a office I guess but no one was ever seen at counter entire morning

The location was great. I was traveling from Houston to central NC so it was at the halfway part of my journey. Access was easy and it is near other places of interest.

The only thing was that the shower handle did not match the hot/cold placard on the tub. Once I figured it out, there was plenty of hot water. This is not a big deal, just that someone might call the front office and say that there is no hot water.

We looked for a simple overnight stop on our way from nashville to memphis and we had a perfect time. the accommodation is simple but has everything you need and is in a great neighbourhood. you have lots of restaurants nearby, shopping and fitness facilities within 10minutes walking distance. we were positively surprised and would recommend this hotel and area immediately for short stop.

Coffeemachine in the room did not work, but we haven't mention it as it had an additional one in the lobby downstairs.

I really appreciated the staff of their friendliness and always available for any questions they may have. The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing travel. So many stores available and ready at your convenience. I really did appreciate it the staff with their consideration of meeting anything and were very kind and understanding.

The young lady at the front desk when wr checked on that night around midnight was so sweet. We didn’t know how to work our tv and she came to our room to assist us. She also assisted my husband in finding nearby parking for his charter bus.

The bed did jut have enough blankets and ten bathroom was extremely tiny but it was ok for the 1 night we stayed.

The breakfast was fine, would have been fabulous if eggs and a meat had been on the menu; the peacefulness of the property was excellent as well as the proximity of the parking lot to the hotel. Most importantly, however, was the friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness of the employees to the guests. Most impressive to my group. Our thanks to Rene and the entire hands on staff.

Would have welcomed the pool being available.
