This was a nice place with great staff. The breakfast was good with lots of options. They had a cereal bar, oatmeal bar with lots of toppings, different yogurts, juices, coffees and hot breakfast as well. One morning there was scrambled eggs, andoille sausage, and cheese hashbrowns. The next was cheese omelets, sausage patties, sausage gravy and biscuits. Room was clean. It closely a couple minutes away from the hospital that we were visiting.

There were some places with carpet torn up in the room and a tile sticking up that I had to keep an eye on with the little one playing. The bed wasn't bad but not great either, and the pillows were hard and flat.

Very comfortable, quiet, polite staff, clean and luxurious. The breakfast was lovely and they offered a daily variety of things. All the fruits were fresh.

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was Excellent. This is a very classy, sophisticated, and luxurious hotel. The best Hotel in Jackson, Tennessee.

Beautiful hotel for a roomy place to stay after days in the car, traveling. Restaurants were not nearby so we got items from The Market…terribly expensive! Clean, quiet and comfy bed.

No canopy to park under to unload luggage.It was raining hard and we were soaked and cold😢

I asked for a room spruce up knowing we would be gone till late, the gentleman at front desk said no problem he would put us on list … no one came to our room had to goto frontdesk at 10 pm to get towels

From the beginning to the time we left, the staff was excellent! Very kind! The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. We were very pleased!

A couple of extra towels would have been useful, and we had a couple of noisy neighbors, but nothing else at all.

The room was amazing, tv that swiveled between bed and living room area, half kitchen, very spacious, bed was super comfortable, indoor pull and half basketball court outside

Location was okay not great and staff was professional looking but not super friendly it was late when we got there though.

Room was lovely. Bedding was wonderful.

No roll in shower stall for handicapped people....couldn't take a shower as couldn't lift my leg to get into bathtub due to bad knees.

The pool and hot tub were FANTASTIC!!!

I didn’t like that I was given a ground floor room. Every time some else opened their door mine would move like it was opening. The lock worked fine just noisy and a little bothersome.

The pool and complimentary breakfast. The front desk help, Essence was so nice and helpful. The food prep person DJ was just awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Everything the staff was very friendly from the time we arrived until we checked out. We were there for the gospel singing at the Carl Perkins center. Will be back. The room was very nice and clean
