Room was very spacious with full size appliances. Courtyard was very nice with grilling options. Ac worked great. Everything was very clean and quiet. Lots of dining options nearby. On-site laundry was great and easy to use.

We were woken up by someone using a pressure washer at 7 am in one of the upstairs rooms. We couldn't push the luggage cart to our car because there were water hoses all over the ground and sidewalk. When I went to check out the doors to the lobby were locked even though the hours said open, an employee was inside watching videos on her phone not attending to guest. She watched me go to every door and didn't let me in. She acted annoyed when I knocked and she had to actually do some work. Laundry room was flooded on the floor and was slippery to walk in.

Staff was exceptional, rooms very comfortable and having use of a grill in courtyard was nice. Great idea for extended stays. We did not find anything else like it in the Jackson area. (we had to stay there for almost a month)

The fire alarm system is less than desirable. If someone sets it off in their room it goes off in our room as well as all over facility. We all don't need to know someone doesn't know how to cook properly. There was too few clothes washing machines available at different times due to being out of order. Adding more or fixing faster would solve that.

Fast check-in. Property is new. Property is clean. Good location. Easy walk to several restaurants and grocery store. Unit equipped with full kitchen, including dishwasher.

No ice maker anywhere to be found. 2 ice trays in the freezer is all you get. Floors are thin, don't stay on the ground floor unless you want to hear walking above you. Water pressure in shower leaves much to be desired. No hair dryer.

Convenience and large spo

Our door didn’t lock properly and we had to get assistance. Once we learned how to lift up on the handle it was fine. Our dish washer didn’t work

Large space like an apartment. Good quality towels. Better than hotel towels. Very clean.

Paper thin walls. You can hear you neighbors very clearly. They were loud. Couldn’t sleep until they stopped talking and laughing past 10pm. Not sure I’d stay again only b/c it was too loud for me.

Felt like home

Very overpriced $179 is a bit much when my sheets had dog hair on them and dog toys were found under the bathroom sink. Room 114 if you need a toy to take home

I like the full kitchen and living room.

I did not like the limited housing keeping. I did not realize this was the case. Also, no elevator.

That has kitchen and fridge so I can prepare ny own healthy meals

Front desk closes at 5 on weekends and if need something has to wait till 9 next day

The facility was new, with modern aesthetic. Beds comfortable. Loved the courtyard.

Would like more kitchen supplies including dry towel, dishwasing liquid, mixing bowl/spoons, maybe a griddle.

Cleanliness, upkeep, friendly and professional staff, location, kitchen amenities for thanksgiving prep.

Nefarious looking people, Some smoking weed in their cars all hours of the day. Makes you feel unsafe.
