I love that they were able to accommodate me in getting a room away from the street. Everything was clean and comfortable. The housekeeper even knocked on my door and asked if I needed anything and it was appreciated.

Forgot to give me the WI-FI password other than that I had no problem.

Nice and clean new furniture! Very convenient near 24-hour gas station directly across the street. Staff is ready at back of call or bail. Great location!

This place is truly a hidden gem. I've stayed in Jackson a couple of times now and usually pretty disappointed but this place was a nice surprise. It is clean, comfy beds and has the nicest front office staff. (Even at 2am) The room was completely renovated. Plus a pretty good breakfast. I will be staying here again. Best deal I've found in a long time.

Front desk very friendly. Breakfast options,comfortable beds, quiet area,private. Got towels every time I asked.

Noisy neighbors throwing trash in parking, loud music. Which I know was no fault to property manager.

The staff is very kind and reasonable with your stay and the things that you need. Also, the rooms are always cleaned and comfortable for guests. The room comes with a flat screen and wifi as well. I suggest staying here if you need a good environment to be in.

Nice new furniture. Fresh renovation in the room I had. He has smoking and non smoking rooms. Important you book the right one if you're either. Staff is always friendly and it's much cleaner and quieter than some of the hotels I've stayed in jackson.

The house keeper was very nice, gave us towels whenever we needed. Quiet area. Beds comfortable. Good price.
