Nice place and great location to the event we was having. Inside is nice. Outside the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Parking lot very clean. Decent breakfast.

We checked in to find out that they Do Not have connected rooms. Also, the lady at check-in had 2 small kids under 2 screaming as she was checking us in. I have to clean the filters in the units on both rooms. No iron in either room. The bathroom floor was sticky. So I had to clean them. Used soap was left in the shower of one. The one bathroom door would not lock. Floors look like no one vacuumed them. The elevator had mens parts draw all over the button pad. All the outside doors are left open and unlocked for anyone to walk in without a key. That was the most concerning part of all of it. Tv can't hook up game systems.

Elevator was dirty and visibly soiled. The room smelled of weed smoke. The room looked dirty (spots,discolorations, markings, etc.) but it was clean. If the room was dirty, I would have left.

Friendly desk staff, seemed genuinely interested in providing good service and experience. Room was clean and well prepared. Parking very well lit all night and visibility good for safety. Perimeter bushes which were tall were extremely well thinned and pruned to promote safety and visibility (I suspect that these and at many other properties in past would have been ignored, overgrown, catching trash and encouraging bad behavior. ) This care was intentional and appreciated.

Access to desk area was odd, with no traditional lobby or view of the desk when entering. The common awning/covered carport entrance leads to a utilitarian service entrance and elevator, which you you then go past to get to a small lobby. The desk is tucked in the backside of small lobby out of view.

Always friendly staff. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms.

The outside was run down. The elevator smelled bad. The faucet in the bathroom was broken. Room keys did not work.

I did not have breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean, dark room. Very close to dining or fast food, gas stations, and highway. Exactly what was needed to rest and get back on the road.

More hot options on the breakfast especially when we traveled in winter time

Customer service was fantastic & the staff was very helpful. I will be booking with this hotel again in the future !! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & FRIENDLY STAFF !
