Excellent breakfast and the person hosting breakfast was wonderful! Introduced herself to each party entering the area, explained what items were available for breakfast and asked if we needed any assistance.

TV in our room did not work. This was disappointing. The front desk attendant tried her best but to no avail. Seems the router box in the wall had a continuous red light (not green). She offered to put us in another room but it was already late and we had ourselves and grandchildren already settled in the room. We elected not to be moved. This was the only disappointment we had. The hotel and personnel were excellent.

Great location . Safe location and lots of food choices . We even went to the baseball game to see the local team play . That was inexpensive for the tickets and less than a mile away . Also breakfast was great but what made the whole stay was your employee Lakisha . Every business should want someone like that as the face of their business . She was genuinely so friendly and such a pleasure to talk to in the morning . She really made the stay worth it to know there are people that still enjoy their jobs ! She’s a keeper !!!!!!

The elevators are very sketchy ! They smell like grease and they shake and bang and rattle really bad . Most of the guests noticed this . One lady wouldn’t even take the one on the left she said the doors wouldn’t open earlier for her

I rented this room for my family out of Nashville.. I'm very picky about hotels.. we absolutely loved it... The hallways were clean, yes I said hallways cause that matters as well. room was the perfect size & had a fresh smell when you walk in.. Love how the couch had a roll out bed as well . Breakfast was on point & the check out time is reasonable... Lady at the front desk greeted me wit a smile.. makes you feel welcome.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Will b returning

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Requested a late check-out (ultimately, I didn't need it), but it was granted without hesitation. Nice gym. Good solid breakfast. Really no complaints.

Nothing the property can control; the location was less than ideal in that there were few (non-fast food) eating options. But, I selected the location based on where i was working, so that's on me. This hotel is a bit out of the way, but very convenient to highways.

It was never disclosed to us what time breakfast closed. Half of us were downstairs before 9AM and the rest came down right at 9AM…there was still stuff out so we didn’t realize the guy was putting stuff away. As we weee filling our plates, he started putting things under the counter including eating utensils. He never said a word to us nor even considered asking if we needed anything before he put it away. He wasn’t unkind in behavior but could maybe use better customer service training. We have always enjoyed breakfast and our experience at this location.

Our room was so clean and fit our party of six wonderfully! It was also quiet even though it’s located right off a major highway.

Nothing. Staff were amazing and super friendly. They had suggestions about dinner places that were close to the property as well as their favorite places to dine! The breakfast provided was also really good. There were a lot of selections with something for everyone.

Rooms were large& clean comfortable beds

The opaque glass on restroom door from a decorative standpoint is great! But for someone sleeping in& they're partner wakes up early to get dressed or late restroom runs causes the person in bed to have their sleep disturbed by the light shining through restroom door?? Not good😑 I'd stay again because everything else overcame the small issue wit restroom door. I'll throw a towel over it next time...

The breakfast was great. Plenty of options for all our special dietary needs. The building was clean and nice. The room was incredibly spacious and that bathroom was great! There were 5 of us, and there was plenty of room in our suite. The pull our trundle was comfortable, as well. Nice and quiet. And all the staff were very friendly.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't opening until about 2 weeks after our stay. I booked that hotel because it had a pool, so that was a bit of a let down. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel was nice, the staff was nice. Easy check in and out. Great location alot of restaurants near and also a grocery store was near by.

The only thing I didnt like was the pillows on the bed, not comfortable at all. The bed itself is very comfortable, just needs better pillows.

The size of the room was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly and kind! The location was great. I will be traveling to Jackson again in June and I am hoping to stay here again!

The fridge in the room didn't get cool to keep food in and the sofa in the room had visible and good size stains on it.
