Great staff, very friendly. Our coffee maker didn't work so I asked for a replacement and got it quickly. The breakfast was more than just muffins and bagels; it included different types of eggs, a waffle maker, cereals, and a juice dispenser. The room was comfortable, and the location is in a good neighborhood.

I would have liked a microwave and refrigerator, but the page clearly states that not all rooms have these amenities so I was not disappointed by not having these.

I had called ahead to request early check and was told no problem. When I arrived at 1pm the desk attendant said room was not ready and couldn’t tell me when one would be ready and I had until midnight to check in. When explained that I need to check in in order to get ready for a function at 2 pm, she went to talk to someone so presume the manager. When she returned she upgraded me to a king room from a double at no extra charge so was impressed with their customer service.

Water pressure in shower was a little low.

I wish you had a few more options in vending machines, and the nob on the tub was broken. And the remote control wouldn't let us select Netflix or prime so only had cable to choose from.

It was very clean and super comfortable, I barely wanted to leave the room. Staff and housekeepers were professional and attentive.

The accommodation for a handicap room was not adequate. The bed was a full size bed, making it very uncomfortable for two people to sleep. The shower did not have any accommodation for an handicap person to sit and take an shower.

Well-maintained, clean property. Front desk (Nathan) among others provides excellent attention! Cleaning staff, attentive and friendly. This is a well-managed property.

Location a bit remote, you will need a car or Uber.

The cleanliness, quality of the facilities and breakfast were all excellent and far exceeded expectations given the hotel's price. Staff were polite and helpful.

The staff is amazing the manager and all the staff that work there they make sure they give you a smile and make sure your needs are met it’s not the Hilton but you get the Hilton service

I liked that they were dog friendly, the room was comfortable, breakfast was nice, staff was helpful and friendly, location was great, and I liked that there was a little walking trail next door that allowed me to walk my small dog.

The room could have been cleaner. The dog found crumbs near the microwave and refrigerator. Dogs tend to inspect every inch!
