We enjoyed the breakfast and having coffee available during the whole day. Also, hotel was close to restaurants. Staff was always available when you needed them.

I booked for a friend, and we let the front desk know they would be paying once they got there. My friends were trying to buy food in lobby and were told because they did live there they couldn't. They had to prove several times they were the ones staying there. Also, the dinning was hot, it seems the air was turned off during the day if you just wanted to set and talk with friends. The cost was really high for those days.

The hotel staff was excellent especially Darius handling any request quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was great nice selection of hot food, cold cereal and juice. Location was excellent right off the highway and easy to navigate. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment close by. The rooms were quite large with plenty of space and the property was pet friendly

If I have to think of negative and this is picking. the parking wasn't great especially later in the day and beds weren't the most comfortable

I Booked a room for 1 month. It was what I expected for the price. In global, personal were nice and smilling.

Sport's room was correctly equipped, but AC was out during full month even if I requested to do something many times. Not a drama. Running at 78f push you to sweat more...

The location was very clean, and the breakfast was great. I loved the room very spacious. Love the huge restroom and extra sink in the room. Beds and pillows were comfy, and I love my stay. Loved the coffee, too, in the lobby.

Restroom floor slippery with my slides or sandals, but I laid a towel down, so it was easy to fix. He needs an upgrade on the swimming pool, tho

Literally stayed at the Shilo the previous night because I arrived a day early but when I arrived and checked in, got to my room, I was truly impressed and glad I chose this GREAT HOTEL! I even stayed an extra day!

No bacon for breakfast and I was there 3 days.😢

BBQ’s didn’t work. Which was fine but we were told maintenance would fit it and we waiting and endings going out to dinner very late. Poor communication

The room was big and spacious

To many bugs at the back entrance made it difficult to go out the back and had to park in front. However, it was also bugs but not like the back door where they were jumping and landing on our luggage

Overall, it was very nice.

The shower head. TERRIBLE. It was way too low, even for a handicap room. There was NO water pressure and the showerhead has a crack at the base so water was sprayed everywhere.

Location was ok, definitely need a car to get around comfortably. Free coffee machine 24/7 in the lobby was much appreciated.

Shampoo and conditioner bottles are very small, had to request more. TV in living room had some graphic problems.
