I liked that the hostess that we met when we checked in was always in a happy mood and was willing to help with anything we needed. We was there for Mopar Heaven and she kept an eye on everybody's vehicle and did not let anyone mess with them. She was our favorite hostess we've ever met over the past 9 years of going to this car show and staying in different hotels in the area. We originally liked winners circle and this was our first time at this hotel and will definitely not be our last!

The staff member that checked us in was a ball of joy and such a pleasant greeting after a long car ride. The hotel was clean and had great little bonuses (cookies, tea, fresh fruit water). This was a perfect stay for the two of us!

The room was a little humid/muggy feeling. I don't know if the hotel uses a product like damp-rid but it helps a lot! The air conditioning worked perfectly well so it wasn't the hotel's fault at all!

Mostly the staff. We were in for my father's funeral. This staff went above and beyond for us. The lobby was so welcoming and comfortable. My grandpa who was in a wheelchair was very comfortable in his hotel room with the handicap shower. The staff would respond with each question we had with such a friendly and considerate response. They went out of their way to check in with us to see of we needed anything. The boardgames and pool table was wonderful for the kids. Thank you so much for such a great stay in such a difficult time.

The breakfast attendant was the nicest person , she goes above and beyond to keep the area clean, always has a smile. Gave my grandsons coloring books to keep. Lost my id's and the person working the front desk called me to let me know .very honest people.

Bed was not very comfortable for me. I like my bed soft.was a bit to firm for me.

This was my first time staying at a TRU and I will definitely be back. Everything was modern and clean. The lobby was really cool and my kids enjoyed hanging out down there just to get out of the room for a bit. The breakfast was also great and the friendly staff told us to let them know if our kids wanted something to snack on from the breakfast area after it closed. The rooms are small but not cramped and they have everything you need. Lots of storage areas. The bathroom was spacious and clean. They have one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. It’s small but it has a lot of equipment to get a full workout in. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Clean and close to our events

Room we were assigned the tv didn’t work. Front desk changed batteries, but when returning remote to our room while we were out, didn’t confirm that it was fixed. Once we returned, we had to address the problem again. We were moved to room next door where tv worked.

Every one at the hotel was very friendly and lots of help, they always greeted us with a hello, how was your day ad just in general talked to us

The room was clean and comfortable, the soaps,shampoo, and lotion we're awesome! Breakfast was incredible, the pool table and games and the staff was top notch! I highly recommend if you are in the Northlake and Ft. Worth area.

Everything was exceptional

Lovely stay at Tru by Hilton Northlake. The staff were super friendly and always eager to help. the rooms were huge and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms were great with good water pressure and good complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was lovely too! Overall great stay and would happily stay again.

The only con was the location. We didn’t have a car which made it impossible to do anything. However we chose the hotel to be near family which then made it perfect.

We went to watch NASCAR at Texas Speedway, it is a 20 minute walk, so close. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so clean and spacious. The gym is great. They have free breakfast with everything you need to get going. Restaurants close by and a uber ride to Tanger Outlet store, great bargains.
