Staff was so friendly and accomadating to the late check in we had due to moving my sister into college at VT. The room was nice and clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the beds knowing they were clean as well. The breakfast was also really good and once of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Overall I look forward to booking a room here whenever it's time to come back and help my sistr move-in/move-out.

This is one of the most exceptional standard hotels I've stayed at. The location isn't close to the center of things, but it's just off a highway and convenient to quite a lot of good places to eat. The layout is convenient, and the room and everything in it, as well as the halls and the workout room are spotlessly clean. Bathroom amenities are great. The best two features: 1. It's *quiet!! 2. Staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, clearly glad to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Grace, one of the members of housekeeping staff was fantastic and friendly.

There was no decaf coffee in the lobby for breakfast on one of the 3 days I stayed. I can only drink decaf now. However, i made up for it with the decaf that was available in my room. So all was well.

The staff was wonderful and super friendly. The hot water in the shower was consistent.

I would love to have more spray in the shower. There was not way to get your body wet at one time.

Staff (especially Brandon) did a great job. EVERYONE working there was friendly. Breakfast was great - good choices. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Our little dog is so easy and clean, completely house trained, quiet. If not for our honesty, you would not have known he was there. Wish we didn't have to pay a pet fee, but I get it.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room well laid out.

Only criticism is I had an adjoining room and the people next to me were very loud. I asked to be moved but I was told they were full that night. So if I stayed there again in the future I would definitely request a non adjoining room if possible

Breakfast was great. Lots of selections to satisfy any taste. Location is very close to stores and dining,(fast food & sit down). Hotel is right off of the highway. I loved the goodie bag for my cat!

I'm really having to reach here as everything was top-notch. The pet goodie bag was geared towards a dog. I had a cat. I know the vast majority of pets that stay at the hotel would be dogs. Some catnip vs. the milk bone in the bag would have been the cherry on top.

Every single thing. The beds, sheets, quilts, coffee, coffee makers, size of room, cleanliness, bathroom, all the shampoos etc. it was amazing!!! Friendly staff. I can’t say enough. Best place I have ever stayed.

You could add a fan in the bathroom and dimmer switches for all the lights. Magical!

There really wasn’t anything that was a firm dislike. The beds were quite firm. However, I would rather firm, than the opposite.

The breakfast at this location was first rate. The lady taking care of guests in the breakfast area went above and beyond with her customer service. There was a great selection as well as it being delicious and hot! Well done.
