I enjoyed my stay and my bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I was within a few miles of my family.

I didn’t like that my room wasn’t cleaned even after the do not disturb sign was taken off. I learned from the front desk that the hotel only cleans rooms every three days for longer staying guest. I was there five nights. I tried to request clean towels but no one at the front answered the phone or was at the desk when I came back there for the night. No one told me to ring the bell on the desk if I needed assistance. I was only shown the bell upon check out.

Breakfast was perfectly good and certainly better than many hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The hotel is older and certainly shows some wear but very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful

The elevator didn’t work consistently - on one occasion I was unable to use it to come down from the fourth floor. The door kept opening and closing but the elevator wouldn’t move. The issue was resolved quickly, though, and didn’t recur during our visit. The mattresses were too hard for my comfort and I like a firm mattress.

I asked for clean towels and I never received any due to a new method that the facility is participating in, when I asked I was told I could change out my towels and then I found out later that evening there was a note at the front desk stating that I wouldn't get clean towels until 2days later, after my check out day

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

They advertise daily housekeeping but I never saw a housekeeper the entire stay and we were there a week! We had tp go down to the front desk to request more towels and toilet paper etc and take down our own trash. We saw people leaving trash in the hallways for housekeeping that did not get picked up :/ Also the bathroom was quite dirty when we got there.

Room was clean, bathroom had new fixtures and the location is close to Virginia Tech. I like the breakfast in the morning and shower water was hot and lasted for the duration of my shower. I would recommend this hotel to travelers in the Christiansburg, Blacksburg area.

My room was at the very left end and was adjacent to I-81. The road noise at night made it difficult to sleep. I would prefer to stay on the end of the hotel not adjacent to the interstate (right hand side of the hotel as you face it).

Breakfast was good. Fresh and staff making great effort to refill/restock. Surprised there was no decaf coffee on the buffet, but there was decaf in the room. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Fairly close to the highway, so there was some traffic noise, but not unbearable.

Bed was comfortable, staff were professional, breakfast was available

The price was not a good value at $500/night (although it was graduation weekend). Huge stain.on rug in our room, no extra towels available (we only got 2 and they ran out and couldn't provide an extra one.

Location was good, pet friendly was a must for us on this trip. Included breakfast was convenient for us as well. Room was clean.

Facility was a little beat up - could use some drywall patching and paint in the hallways. Beyond that, everything was terrific for my family.

The large room and the service from the front desk staff was really good.

The door to the bathroom had fallen off and the desk had sticky stuff on the top right corner next to the coffee pot and the mirror was dirty. Couldn't hardly see in it. The manager told me they do not have a maintenance person and the staff was the cleaning and maintenance person. The place was very clean and the breakfast was good.

The property and the room were clean and spacious.

The only issue was that the bathroom door was a barn door that did not lock, and we had to put a towel under it to try to keep it closed while using the bathroom. If they could fix this, I would rate it higher.
