The room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well, and a short drive to downtown Blacksburg. A very nice and clean hotel, and friendly staff.

It is a great hotel. Nothing I can think of.

Disappointed that breakfast was not included. Somehow missed that when reserving the room. Facilities were great but missed the breakfast and 24 hr coffee.

Breakfast was great. We had loaded tots and quinoa veggie egg bowl. Both were delicious and the Starbucks coffee was perfect!

We got back to the hotel after 10pm and would have liked to get a nightcap, but the bar was closed.

Room was never touched by housekeeping. We would not leave room until about 10 AM, and had do not disturb on door. Took sign off when we left room. Beds never made, no trash can emptying etc.

Great price for the loctaion, very close to the Corporate Research Center.

A little far from downtown so if you want to be closer to Virginia Tech's campus you will want a different hotel.

Overall very clean, staff was so friendly and Bistro restaurant had great quality food for reasonable prices.

Could hear conversations in the bathroom from other guests. Also indoor pool wasnt open.

We were charged when we booked with Booking.com and then again by the hotel when we arrived. Still waiting for reimbursement.

The staff were professional and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. We got into town a bit late, so we had to opt for take-out. The microwave and fridge in the room came in handy for heating and storing leftovers. The gym was a small room, but it had free weights and an elliptical and treadmill that were in good condition. We took advantage of the EV charging stations (think there were two) in the hotel parking lot to charge our car overnight.

My only issue is that the room was a bit worn down and the bathroom was particularly outdated. Still, we had a good night’s sleep and it served the purpose for a short stay.

Great quality of rooms: glass glasses, great bathroom design, comfy desk.

Squeaky beds. There is also not many things walking distance though the First & Main mall is not too far of a walk.

The staff was exceptional. Every single person I encountered was friendly and helpful. And attentive.
