It is imposible to get a better place to stay for the price!!! We have stayed in alot worse places for more money. This holel has style and a lot of character, tall ceilings, masives fireplaces. Just looking at the outside tells the story, looks just as nice inside which is rare. In it's day it had to be the BEST!! If it had updated bathroom and carpet it would bring it back to it glory!! Nothing wrong with neither everything worked as it should. If in the area again I would stay there no questions, it's my go to hotel. Remember JESUS FIRST.

Any negative at all, which I was disappointed would be the breakfast, could have been more to offer but the dinning room again was great with the second masives fireplace.

Good location

We had to wait for someone to check in. And it was only when some eles called that some arrived. My phone call only went to the desk that I was standing beside. The pool was still closed at 10:15 am, and only opened when I check at the desk. There was no notice that the pool towels were available only through requesting then at the desk. Breakfast was OK. But the eggs had zero flavor.

I liked the room the location and I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel that smelled so good!

I didn’t like that the indoor pool was so cold. I couldn’t even get in it and that was upsetting because one of the main reasons I picked to stay here was because there was an indoor pool. Also in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off for about a minute and then went off. I tried calling the front desk to see what we should do but nobody answered.

This was just a one-night stop. Location was a little difficult to get into but it's conveniently located among several eating places . The staff was friendly.. continental breakfast setting was clean and the food was hot. For this level of hotel I will give it a four and a half star

The door entry key system was not working so every time I had to go back into my room I had to go to the front desk to get entry into the room. Lucky for me my room was on the first floor and the staff accommodated me very quickly

The rooms were clean and the pillows were so comfortable! Pool area was clean and there was a wonderful hot tub. Breakfast was free. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy and cereal, as well as juices. Can't beat the price!

No towels in the pool area so we went back to our rooms and got them from there. However, not a huge deal

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the stepin sliding glass door shower.

While the bed was comfortable it squeaked every time we moved. Appeared to have some type of metal frame under the mattress??

When you first walk into the lobby it's so beautiful and inviting. It makes you excited to see the rooms! The women at the desk was very nice. I will definitely stay here again!!!

After you leave the beautiful lobby and go through a set of doors towards the rooms it's like you went from the plaza hotel to the bates motel. It's like more effort went into the lobby than everything else.

The room was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was OK. They had a decent variety, but I missed the scrambled eggs of the past. The staff was friendly and most helpful.

Everything was great except for the lack of eggs and cheese for breakfast. We still were able to eat pancakes, dry cereal (with milk), yogurt, bagels and biscuits (with sausage gravy). There was plenty of coffee and fruit juice.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I would have liked a longer breakfast time. It was 6am to 9am. Could be up to 10am.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and everyone was friendly.

The pillows were not as comfy as the bed and breakfast ended earlier than most places we have stayed at in the past.
