It’s the nicest hotel in the area, with a nice restaurant, although it’s very overpriced. $18 for a glass of very cheap Prosecco. It’s in a great location with comfortable rooms, good fitness center and a nice lobby. The staff is nice, particularly the staff who work the cafe area. It has a lovely roof bar area, which would be nice if it were accessible to hotel guests all day rather than just after 5pm. The food in the hotel restaurant was OK, not great and overpriced.
When I go to a hotel, I don’t want to clean or make my bed. I do that enough at home. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. I stay for a week and at no point during either of my stays was my room cleaned. The first stay for a week, there was no service at all. I requested my room to be serviced, and the bed was made and the trash taken out, but it wasn’t cleaned. It’s not a cheap a hotel and the rooms are nice, but come on!

Comfy bed! Great view. LOVED the decor in room and throughout hotel. Provision food area was convenient. Very nice staff.
Previous guests left lots of clothes in the wardrobe. Red stains should be removed from shower floor even if they plan on replacing them soon. It was gross looking and we thought it was blood at first until the manager explained it was a cleaning solution. Our keys were deactivated one day early. The brunch was delicious. Dinner buffet for VT graduation weekend was not very good and way overpriced!!! Everything was dry from sitting under the lamp and the food needed more flavor. Cocktails were good but the amount was ridiculously small—poured over too much ice. Buffet was very disappointing. That was the worst part of the hotel.

Great location for visiting our son at the university. It’s lovely and clean with comfy beds. The gym is well equipped and very well taken care of. The staff is nice and helpful. The roof top bar and restaurant is very nice. I never ate there, but the price of a glass of cheap Prosecco is $18.
This may be user error; however, the dry air heating/cooling was on constantly, which is irritating. Also, I stayed 3 days and housekeeping didn’t make bed or clean bathroom. It’s not a cheap hotel and I would expect the room to be cleaned at least every other day.

The large windows, great staff, ever though I didn’t want one, I loved you sold the glasses and a blanket. The decor was great loved the accent pillows and throw across the bed. That it was a great hotel pet friendly and no pet fee thank you for that❣️The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was right across the street from campus and affordable. Didn’t eat at the hotel but I’m sure the food was probable good too. That you had a number of restaurants in the hotel and around it.
Would have loved to see you sell some Radford gear at the hotel hehehe but the book store was right across the street. Other than that the property was great (there was one dirty towel in my room but I get it sometimes :)

Absolutely everything. This was genuinely the best experience I have ever had at a hotel in my 29 years of living. All the staff were super nice and helpful. Even with six floors everything was super quick to access. The entire hotel was spotless which is something I am just not used to even with more expensive hotels. I stayed in room 529 with a mountain view and waking up seeing the sun rise was so therapeutic. The roof top bar/restaurant was also a really nice touch! There is a bar on the first floor as well, so it was nice having that onsite so you don't have to worry about getting safe transportation back to the hotel.
My only complaint is that there wasn't a microwave in the hotel room. I saw there was one provided in the lobby, but having to awkwardly go down five floors while carrying food to use it was meh.

This property is centrally located and a beautiful hotel. We love the look and the size of the room.
We do not like the lights on the bottom of the bed that are motion sensored! They disturb our sleep! The downstairs cafe needs some work. This is our third time at this property. The coffee is expensive and the staff is not very friendly. They do have Kurigs in the rooms but regular coffee must be priced. The staff will not add sweetener or change the recipe for the coffee to make it like you like it! This is definitely not Starbucks despite the above Starbucks pricing. Full house this weekend but trash cans around facility were left overflowing.

Great staff. The café was really good with great, quick breakfast options. The bedding was absolutely pristine and crispy fresh, which is the most important part of the stay to me. Shower and restroom were also sparkly spotless. I, personally, will definitely stay here again. Maybe even on my return trip up the coast.
The rooms and the decor are beautiful. Just my room was not quite as thoroughly clean as I would have expected. It wasn’t really dirty or anything. All the important stuff was immaculate, so the few things i’ll mention weren’t deal breakers for me. It looked like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed before I stayed. Some crumbs and fuzz in the corners and near the edge of the bed. The main room trash bin also didn’t have a bag in it so it had hair and debris in the bottom. The remote was visibly dirty. (I always put remotes in the ice bucket bag before i use them anyway.) Again, all bedding and the. bathroom were well above average.

This was a fantastic hotel . Very nice rooms and staff . They have a restaurant on site as well as breakfast. You do have to pay for the breakfast as it’s not included in the room price .
The restaurant was nice but I wish they had some less “exotic” type meals . They have basic chicken fingers and burger but everything else is a spin on a basic plate . Some times you just want pasta with a marinara sauce ( that is in the kids menu but not adults ) also no pool .

Very new hotel in a college housing area, fairly quick and easy to get to if you are travelling on I-81. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the included breakfast at Bee&Butter (which is just off the lobby). For breakfast we were given a voucher which allowed us to choose breakfast items off the menu (including really good coffee). We were told that when university is in session there could be more diverse breakfast options. We didn't use it, but there is a rooftop restaurant overlooking the city that looked pretty cool.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice and lots of lights. The beds are comfy. The pillows are ok if you like it soft.
Internet is bad. There's only 2 people allowed to log in and me and my husband logged in, then my daughter wanted to log on and she couldn't. My husband had to take his out for her to log in, but it wouldn't log in and it was saying that the maximum has been reached, even though my husband already turned his wifi off/forget. They gave us another internet access, but per internet connection, the information given was not found. We just let it go since we were only staying for a night. Also, there's is this smell inside the room. It maybe the new wood smell or the area rug. Wish they would spray the rooms to a nicer smell.
