The rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt the staff was terrific. ALso I could tell the room had been "remodeled" recently.. was very nice.

TV in the breakfast area was broken. Not a lot of choices for breakfast. Second morning there was no milk or oatmeal actually very very few choices. just the robotic pancake machine and juices. there were no muffins or bread offered in the plexiglass case.

The staff, and the nice attitude they all had.

Everything you go outside radford police department was either checking or tags. Or asking people setting smoking a cigarette are you ok. Just yo check an ID. Setting across the street sometime in the middle 2 and 3 cars staring at people checking in at night. It's kind of upsetting when they knock on ur door at 3 amasking for someone that's not with you or even u know. I ask why u think the person is in here. Answer because we saw his tag. Ooooohk. It's sad you can't even take a trip to the store for fear of getting pulled over. And something piss em off at ya cause ur pissed. Baby u can guess the rest.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, I loved the fact that they still offered a smoking room made my stay so much more relaxing I didn't have to stay outside most of the evening and the rocker recliner was a great addition to the room and it felt sturdy at my plus size of 370 lbs.

The only thing I didn't like was stairs, I know that's a minute dislike for most it must sound crazy but I was in town to see a spine specialist I'm looking at spine surgeries and hip replacements.

Right off the interstate I was traveling on, the person at the front desk ensured my pets were taken care of by putting us in a first floor corner room next to a door outside so we could take walks without having to wander through the halls. Bed was comfy, it was relatively quiet, and the breakfast was okay.

After I turned on the AC the room started to smell like mildew. I got used to it when I was in the room but if I left then came back I could tell how strong it was.

Soft beds, recliner, size of the room, how helpful the staff was. Cleanliness of the property, that they have smoking and non smoking rooms, and all the amenities in the room, handicap parking, access to vending machines,

Breakfast until 9am, not 10 am, entrances to the hotel very tight, no turn lane before you get to the main entrance, it is easy to bypass the entrance, shrubs make it hard to see when to turn and coming out hard to see traffic need better signs forentrace

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff allowed me to check in a bit early which worked well for me since I work overnight. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

OMG hottest water and amazing water pressure. Bed is super comfy. Workers are nice and welcoming. Great value.

Breakfast is lacking, but fine for the price. Older furniture and bathrooms, but clean and very usable. The shower and bed made it worth it.

When we checked it at about 11 ish pm, there were 2 gentlemen at the desk. They were in the middle of I guess, taking care of something, but no acknowledgment for a few minutes, then when they were done, just right to the questions, no Hi, how are you, nothing. I was very disappointed, but the cleanliness and the breakfast made up for it..

Front staff was wonderful, very friendly .. even though the hotel is older, the rooms were spot on slept great..would definitely recommend and stay again on my travels

Breakfast could've been a lot better, and the coffee was weak.

The room was exactly what I expected for the price. The employees were great and very accommodating. The facility could use some updates, but were commiserate with the price of the hotel. This was my second stay, and I will book here again if I am back in the area.
