All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room had many useful amenities for travelling with an infant. The hotel was quiet and we didn't hear noises from other rooms and our baby wasn't disturbed, she had a great night sleep.

I had requested a cot and that wasn't arranged they had set up a sofa bed instead. The man at reception noticed this error before we went up to the room and changed the room for us and offered a cot to be set up but we had brought one with us so didn't need one setting up. If people have requested a cot I would recommend calling ahead.

On arrival adequate parking places, on entering reception was greeted by two lovely receptionist. The gentleman was very friendly and went through making our booking in stress free. The room was lovely and airy, lovely big TV, tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable had a good night's sleep. Bar open downstairs where we had a pint each and ordered a pizza and chips.to relax in a nice area. Breakfast had a good selection, help yourself. Toast and croissants. The staff that was on when we booked in was on duty again early in the morning, we was down for breakfast at 7. They was just as friendly as the day before. Well done you are a asset to the holiday inn. All in all a very good stay

The hotel was clean and modern. Location was ok for our needs. Food was just ok, Not much choice at breakfast but what there was, was ok.

Not enough staff on. Same staff running reception and checking in. First night we decided to eat in the hotel but everyone was queuing to either order at the bar or check in with only one member of staff dealing with it all. Also quality of the food was pretty poor so we didn’t eat there the second night.

As a simple place to stay overnight, the hotel is perfect. Staff are great, rooms a decent size and perfectly functional. It's easy to get around, and car park is large and easy to access. Staff are great. Breakfast probably won't be the best thing you've ever eaten, but it was reasonable. Location is great, close to Kettering ring road, but far enough away that it is very quiet. I'd happily stay there again, that's probably the most telling thing I can say

Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Plenty of space for two of us. Breakfast was good, although quite limited in choice. Impressed with fast response of staff when bin outside caught fire!

The car charger in the car park which was run by BP worked fine the first night but wouldn't charge the second night. I understand that it is not the hotel's responsibility but they could have told me that there were other ones in the carpark next door!

It was close location to the hospital as we were there to visit a family member in hospital. The rooms were perfectly fine for our overnight stay. Daniel on reception was amazing, such a lovely person, extremely helpful, caring to our circumstances, professional and couldn’t do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. There was plenty of parking.

The hot breakfast was a little dried out but we did come down later so it had probably been sitting there a while although the rest of the choice was great and lovely coffee out of the machine. I still enjoyed what I had.

Room was very good, it was comfortable and clean. Some of the furnishings looked a little tired, but in all a good standard.

Breakfast could have been better managed. On checking in we were told there was a big party leaving at 9am and that maybe we could come down for breakfast after that. When we got to the breakfast area it was chaos, food items were running low or empty, most of the tables were uncleared from previous guests, and only a couple of staff members visible to ask for help. So in all it could have been better planned, but when we got the food, it was good.

Good location only 20 mins from where I needed to be on the Sunday. Room clean & comfortable with plenty of floor space for the dogs bed. I had messaged the hotel a few weeks earlier to request a room at the end of the corridor as one of my dogs is a little noise reactive & this was no problem at all. Room also included breakfast which was nice & set me up for the day. Staff were all very friendly Overall a really good stay & I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again 🙂

We were pleased with most facilities e.g. bed, room, lift, breakfast.

We travelled using a fully electric car so we needed the BP charger to work. The CCS power cable/connector was out of order and the telephone support for it was not helpful. Myself and other guests were forced to use the slow charger cable which was not easy to work. The charger at Morrisons in the town of Kettering was far better. You need your own well-maintained charger.

Excellent location, evening meal and breakfast.

Didn't like people smoking/vaping right outside the entrance. In particular there was no bin for people indulging in this filthy habit to put cigarette stubs. Instead the stubs were piled up in a corner which both smelt and looked disgusting. I expect the outside does get cleaned from time to time, but a check twice a day and a bin might not go amiss. Discarded cigarette stubs and bottle tops were also littering the path to the rear of the hotel. The above did not in anyway detract from us enjoying our stay. The staff were exceptional in their helpfulness and attention to detail.
