The staff is amazing and the restaurant and proximity to the beach is incredible. You feel as if you are at your own beach house with rooms that feel like living rooms that you can hang out in throughout the day. The town is pure magic!

there are only two parking spots for the hotel. If you rent a car and are driving, there is free parking about 1,000 feet away down at the beach. If you have a lot of luggage, recommend dropping it off at the top of the hill at the hotel and then going down to park. The staff is happy to help with bags though!

Really helpful and welcoming staff, they do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is amazingly relaxing, a few minutes walk away from the woods and from the beach. Breakfast was really good and served at a convenient time. The room itself was very nice but I also really appreciated the cosy common areas inside and outside

Great location, bedding, and breakfast-very fresh and delicious!

The establishment and service were great. It would be nice to have someone greet us upon arrival but overall directions were detailed and we managed to get to our rooms. We would highly recommend replacing the carpets as this would make the establishment five star.

Although the breakfast was a bit scant ( no cereal), all was well laid out and sort of sufficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The hotel was in need of upgrading but it had an old world charm.

Very quaint and the staff was really, really top notch. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food (seafood) was as good as it gets. Really excellent!.

It’s small and old, but some of that is the reason you’re there. If everyone is quiet and thoughtful it works well but sometimes people forget. This is not any fault of the hotel’s.

Very tastefully decorated, smelled lovely. Very hygge! Candles, soft furnishings… excellent buffet breakfast.

Our family room (two doubles with adjoining door) opened straight out onto three restaurant terrace, which was shut while we were there in low season but would prob be noisy in summer.

What a find! We loved this hotel. Close to the beach, absolutely cozy and adorable, so aesthetically pleasing in the Danish way, the breakfast was delicious! The room was excellent - spacious and we had a porch too, the bathroom was great. We literally loved the place!
