it was beautiful and the staff was great.

The air conditioner didn’t work at night. and other things would also lose power like the refrigerator and safe. it was very uncomfortable my whole family would sweat during the night. It was very uncomfortable.

This is our 3rd time in this resort, we really love it because it is a very quiet place for rest.

They have a policy that you can't leave your towel in a beach chair. I left mine to go for a walk and when I came back, they were removing it and my personal belongings. This really pissed me off because it's insane that I can't leave my stuff to walk on the beach. I submitted a complaint, after this my family and I are thinking about not coming back.

For the value, the place is great. The food, beverages, beach and pool options are excellent. The accommodations are good, bed could be more comfortable. The a la carte restaurant, especially the Brazilian, was excellent.

Areas of improvement, more staff in the buffet restaurant and more entertainment options. The availability of core items like plates and cups was short on two out of the four days there. The staff could not keep up with attending to guests during peak times. The entertainment options all throughout the day was a bit weak in comparison to other resorts.

The beach was great for long strolls or just swimming and hanging out. The pool was also nice. Tons of activities available. There’s so much to choose from it’s a little overwhelming at the beginning, but you find what suits you and your good to go. The buffet is top quality with a good range of options. We liked the Brazilian restaurant as well.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like

Great location, great beach, great food and drinks, probably because there are many Frenches in the hotel. The Midetteranian restaurant is awesome! The people are nice too: some youngsters, but mostly midle-class europeans: French, German, very few Americans and Russians. Las Terranas city nearby seems to be the most european city in Dominicana: lots of good shops, coffee-shops, clothing stores, restaurants, etc. People speak French! We will defenitely stay in this hotel again!

There was a permanent problem with water in our room: oftentimes there was no water at all. Then suddenly the cold water had dissaperared, while you are standing all covered with foam. We called the receptions twice, but the problem had not been finally solved. It is defenitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel, but this was the only serious flow.

It's just one of the best RESORT BEEN AT ..my favory bartender at mojao bar ,by the swimng pool ,HEWLETT IS A 5 START. HE TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE WITH HAPPY FACE..ROOM FANTASTIC,, THE FOOD GOOD TASTE,,VARIEDAD,CALIDAD HIGIENICO, SUPER GOOD SERVICE....

I order a drink in sport bar and i had to pay it ,becouse was not include .a girl bartender hold the drink until I pay it. I ask can i get my drink please ..that was not nice at all...she was rode..i hope she not get on problem for this coment..she just need a smile on her face while serving

First of all, there was nothing wrong that I can point out that made me had an uncomfortable time. The place is a paradise, the location it’s beautiful, this place has one of the best customer service that you can ask for . Very professional, don’t judge the people that are starting new to work because like anyone else they are going to the perfection process.. the food and the service impeccable, every day they had something different at the buffet. I can say that there was food for everyone’s different appetite . The fruits fresh and many different types of cheeses, healthy juices, and fresh water all day long . And like in other part of the world, you get for what you pay for . I recommend to pay the extra for a room upgrade so you can have the best experience. I loved it I recommend it. Me and my wife loved it.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave so soon. Definitely coming back.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect and exactly as we needed. Great swimming and snorkeling on the lovely beach protected by the reef.

Water sports made you sign a waiver making you personally liable for ANY DAMAGE TO CRAFT OR THIRD PARTY. so be warned it's in the small print. They should have insurance.

Great staff! Beautiful beach, great buffet and Brazilian Restaurant.

Lights went out twice, ceiling fun and fridge were not working, but were fixed right away. We dis not like the food in the French nor seafood restaurants. We loved the International buffet. More Dominican dishes are needed in the this restaurant.
