The amenities, the variety of food, the comfortable rooms and great entertainment.

Loved the VIP beach and pool area staff and servers, always attentive, kind and excellent service.

The reception staff were not always receptive to our requests. They lacked attentiveness, erred in providing the correct VIP pool area tickets upon checkout and when contacted, refused to correct their mistake. The restaurant reservations staff were rude, not helpful and not at all courteous. They never helped get me reservations for the restaurants I wanted in my five nights that we stayed. I visited them every day and there was never availability, without even looking it up, just "not available'. The Asian restaurant staff, service and food was awful. They took forever to send a waiter, the food was cold and not tasty. Would love to be able to rent a golf cart to get around the extensively large property.

The crew was excelent, greetings for our friends (now) Tilin and his partners, the food was enough, we enjoy and considered not reserve other restaurants, we staid in open buffet. We remain in the location for 8 days, the pools, aquatic games and other programs help us to getting rest.

We saw some strangers people around the pool and other locations, and myself prevented a thief towel (there are no advices about prowlers. Perhaps was a lesson for caring our properties

Loved receiving a surprise upgrade on arrival. Rec'd huge room at Presidential Suites (were supposed to be in Tropical). Loved the cabanas on the beach, the little cold water tubs so you could meet people and have your delicious drinks, and the ocean swim. Staff was fantastic. Nice local shops for shopping. Found a cool canteen style purse and white cotton skirt. Loved the hammock on our private deck. Tonnes of privacy if you wanted it. Had hot showers the whole 4 days. They're Sports Bar is super cute and had fresh popcorn and late night nacho machine with the bartenders. Very nice touch.

Be aware, many stairs and lots of uphill walking, although it gave a good workout getting to wherever we had to go. One couple complained the Tropical section was like from 1929 lol hope they got an upgrade.

Wow, that was great and the space is very nice and clean So we were enjoying. Thank you guys for the best you do to offer joy and happiness to the people that come all over the world. I would like to tell you,we enjoyed: the food,the show and everything.

Excellent breakfast,and beautiful location. I was excited about the team of service, they're excellent. Also the spa service was amazing and exciting.

I didn’t like how the staff cleaned my room and never gave us face cloths for two Days then when it was time to check out she had the nerve to ask me where the cloths were I told her she never replaced the ones she had took from day one .long story short they end up charging me for face cloths I didn’t have .

All my family enjoyed to stay there, the location, the bedroom, the pool all was good. The staff is great, they all do a good job

First when I arrive to the check in I couldn't pay with my credit card cause the reception does not process dólar payment from credit card, then I had to pay to another credit card in pesos. That took me time

Big garden with several pools, Peacocks Running around, gym, spa (to pay for)

Some parts seem like they never got renovated
