Room very clean and spacious. Pool in room was 10 stars.. Public pool near the room. In general all is very very clean. The food was super good and there was many options for all peoples, the same for the drinks. The shows were very enjoyable. And tbe sttaff 10 stars too.

Despite that this pass only sometimes, I think that they need to put more importance in the planton in the beach. In other beaches every morning they pass a machine to pick ithe planton up from the waters and sands. Remember tbe tourist travel to tbe caribean for the beaches.

The food, locations, and shows were amazing.

The rooms were very damp and there was mould on the walls. The smell of damp was very strong. The rooms should be better maintained. And when we used the blankets they didn't smell clean.

Enjoyed my time except for the fact that someone, im going to have to assume a cleaning lady stole my credit card (out of room as I never left the resort with it) and spent $50 at a local meat shop and $30 at a gas station

The resort was quite good!! Delicious food and facilities. The lady that clean our room was sooooo nice and kind and every day left us a detail like a flower or some arrangement in our room.

The beds and pillows, definitely need an improvement on this. Bed quite hard and pillows soooo bad

Ambiance, pool, restaurants, room, most employees were welcoming and warm. Food overall was good. Cleanliness of the whole resort. They cleaned the room multiple times, even after 9pm they would knock and ask if you had garbage or dishes you wanted them to take.

A select frw of employees only tended to you if they thought you were a big tipper. Steak house food was good but the size of the steak leaves you needing more. And bowl slide needs to have depth posted. Average pool is 2 feet the bowl slide feels like 9 feet deep.

The people were kind and caring.

The hotel was exquisite, the room was extremely big, with 2 large beds which were very comfortable, with a double sink in the bathroom and a walk in shower with a separate toilet. To my surprise there was also your own mini bar, the fridge was replenished every day with bottled water and pop. The facilities were amazing soo many restaurants to choose from, all offered lovely meals, the buffet was also amazing and champagne was offered at breakfast. All my children loved the food, which is unusual for other hotels I’ve stayed in. The entertainment was 10/10, with dancers and a huge outdoor area with plenty of seating to watch the entertainment each night, you had staff who would bring your ordered drinks which saved going to the bar. The staff were also very friendly and got guests to join in with dancing. The resort also offered a RIU pool party on 4 separate occasions which was themed, a coach transport was included in this to and from the hotel with dancers on the coach building up the atmosphere, the pool party was incredible and there was the option of visiting the nightclub also after the pool party, which again was great if you love to party. The beach was very clean with a beautiful warm ocean. There was sellers on the beach selling items but if told not interested they were polite and left you. The pools were all lovely and had pools with a sunken bar, an area where there were slides which was fantastic, however children do have to be a certain height to use these. There was also a lovely children’s pool area. All snacks available in the afternoon were all so good, with such a huge choice, my daughter loved the dessert shop and the aesthetic of the whole resort was amazing. This hotel was absolutely 5* with a luxurious feelin how the staff made you feel to all of the facilities, there was nothing I could fault at all, I would 100% recommend this hotel and the price I paid for 2 adults and 2 children for 6 nights was phenomenal.

Only issue I can think of is no life guards on the beach.
