Modern, chic and well appointed business style hotel, comparable to any Hilton or Marriott worldwide. Big rooms, absolutely quiet (to the backside, that was), stylish and cosy furniture, superb bedding and mattress, fully stocked Minibar, giant Flatscreen tv, perfectly precise working AC, fast internet. Super clean, super safe and super friendly staff. Good breakfast, free parking on hotel lot. Definitely closer to 5 stars then to the 4 they have applied to themselves!

Complaining on high level: Operating regular tv ( not the many streaming and web options) calls for more explanation. No orange ( but pineapple) juice at breakfast

Close to the airport with hotel shuttle, enjoyable with good breakfast and good restaurant although the service leaves a little to be desired. The staff was very pleasant though.

When I checked out, they tried to add 2 meals to my invoice, which were not mine... I had a premonition and did pay all my restaurant bills separately. The issue was solved but I got no apologies until I told them that this error and the 25 minutes delay caused were worth an apology!

So happy with the customer service, we didn't make our flight because we fly standby it was my 3 kids, husband and I. We had to wait until the next day at 6am, so we needed to look for a hotel, this amazing hotel was able to accommodate us and gave us the room at 10am instead of 3pm. I really appreciated that because my kids were so tired. All the hotel staff were really nice, hotel was very clean, the rooms were wonderful and the beds super comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for our stay the night before catching our flight. The shuttle service was free and we were so impressed when the shuttle driver pulled over shortly after leaving the hotel and we found out that the reason was that I left my luggage scale in the hotel room and a staff member found it and ran it out (across a busy road) and handed it to the driver. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and could speak English which we did not expect. The pool area was lovely and the food at the restaurant was very good, reasonably priced and served quickly.

The breakfast is amazing, so many choices, chef cooking eggs, fresh juices, cold cuts and all you like is there. Coffee served at the table. There main restaurant has wonderful food The staff is amazing, so helpful and they make an effort knowing your name. Fantastic service There is a great pool in the back garden and sitting area with lounge chairs and a deck with a bar

Location on a very busy road, a bit away from everything

i didn’t like the fact that I was being singled out among all the guests in the hotel by choosing as the one who gave a ripped one hundred dollar bill which was not true because I gave the representative two new hundred dollar bills from the bank and In the morning when we were leaving , the morning representative said to wait and then opened the draw and pulled out a ripped 100 dollar bill and accused me of being the one who gave it to him and made us wait for a few minutes to have our room checked before we could check out .

Nice breakfast areas

Had to change rooms due to being checked in on the wrong reservation. Front desk handled it appropriately. Bell man assigned to assist in the room change did not help with anything, not even the moving of the luggage.. initial bellman that helped with initial check in took care of the luggage and was tipped generously…

Everything in my hotel stay was great. Didn't find anything to comment bad about it.

There was nothing I didn't like about the stay, but if i have to pick one, probably will be the food quality. But it was still good.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Restaurant food was great and breakfast buffet was delicious.

We had a room on the 2nd floor above the lobby and the noise was very loud through the room door. We could hear the lobby music from the speakers and the bar guests at night.

The breakfast was nice! we love our waiter JESHUA. I may not have spelled his name right. He was lovely and remembered that I like coffee and my husband like tea. Carmen our bartender was such a sweetheart. We loved the hotel. We'll be back.

On our last night, We had dinner and were quite disappointed. We sat outside in the garden and the waitress took too long with her wine, and the bill. We walked out with the bill to the hostess desk. The power went off for 2 hours the day before. besides that, we had a great time.
