Room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. They have their own trusted taxi, to pick up from airport and drop off eventhough is cash payment only, but the driver, the car and ride was pleasant, clean and helpful. They have 2 connected Nail spa, they are very professional clean and do a great job. The only problem is the crossing of the streets, the cars are always speeding and would run you over, so be careful. Be fast and cautious when going across.

The hotel didn't have clients laundry facility for clients to use, and that the street are to dangerous to cross. A light with a cross walk is needed.

What a lovely traditional hotel that’s reflective of the Dominican culture. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and created a welcoming space to check-in. The front desk attendant was fast and pleasant. The gentlemen working evening service brought our bags upstairs, escorted us in the room and explained the features. The room was clean, included the basic supplies one needs when traveling. Hot water in the shower was the much needed bonus after a poor experience elsewhere. I felt the price was beyond fair; would have paid more for the location and cleanliness.

We booked a room with two double beds but got a room with an extra twin bed. This made the room so cramped. There was nowhere to sit and eat. The toilet broke and wouldn't flush. There was no hiot water to take a shower. Breakfast staff overcharged us for delivery. They charged me one price on order then increased it by 30% when they delivered the food. Total extortion. Be aware people on delivery charges. Delivery to the room used to be only 150 pesos in June 2024. Staff weren't as inviting or happy as usual. We are repeat bookers so I hope for happier stays next time.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful during the check in. The breakfast is in a cute little setting with good food and nice staff. They were kind and answered any questions we had about the area. Our room was a perfect size to sleep and chill. Our bathroom was clean however one person at a time space. We didn't select the largest unit but totally severed our purpose. We felt very safe staying here. Friendly security staff.

Why I,HAVE TO PAY 4000 PESOS EXTRA BECAUSE I, ARRIVE 3:30 AM AND NO BODY TOLD ME NOTHING WHEN i, ARRIVE I, PAY MY 2 DAYS OF RESERVATIONS IN ONE SHOT BUT AT THIS TIME NO BODY MENTIONS NOTHING ABOUT BUT I, CHECK IN OUT 4 HOURS BEFORE 9:AM AND MY CHECKING OUT TIME NORMALY WAS 1: PM AND WHY WAS THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN 4 HOURS BEFORE IN MY ARRIVING COMPARE TO 4 HOURS LESS WHEN I, CHECK IN OUT I,M CONFUSE ., AND THAT I, DONT LIKE IT THE HOTEL NEVER HAVE A WI FI AVAILABLE SO I, KIND OF PROBLEMS TO TAKE CARE MY BUSINES...THANK YOU

The location was perfect.

The furniture seems a little outdated.

The staff was friendly and helpful (even though I didn't speak Spanish). The casino attached was a nice plus(Even though it's not open 24 hours). The bathroom was a bit tight, but was clean and got the job done. AC worked perfectly and wifi was constant. You are really close to a lot of food spots and night time activities if your willing to venture out. The biggest plus about staying here was the safety, I had no worries about anything. All in all I would stay here again.

Our room was great for the price. Breakfast was supreme. Location is good, we walked quite a distance to a mall. No problems encountered. Front desk and restaurant staff was awesome and helpful. Meals were excellent. Special thanks to Tamera (one of the owners family), you are awesome. For sure, will be back again. The Casino was fun.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was perfect. It overlooked the city. The landscaping and remodeling was an extra plus because it showed that the hotel wants to draw more tourist. I liked that it was totally quiet and the staff respected us. They treated us like we were special. The hall ways wer awesome. Everything was so clean. The entire staff would clean the hallways together.

Well, it was a little difficult in the shower. Although it was upgraded, the shower was a separate unit in the bathroom. It rocked as I showered however, the water pressure was spectacular. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and I was on the fourth floor. But, it is a plus because it was more private sense I of great health and could walk the stairs..
