Smallish room w/tiny window Not totally quiet at night

For some reason the maid swapped the flat sheet with the cover, leaving cover directly in contact with the skin. Weird, I swapped them for the first night and on the second day after they clean the room I found the same situation. I swapped again but it was a bit annoying redoing the bed every night. The room was pretty noisy in the morning since it is located in the main road of the city center.

Everything! It was located close to bank and shopping, very clean, lovely staff, good breakfast, and airport shuttle that was waiting for us at the airport even though our flight was delayed and it was 3:15 in the morning. Then, when we got to the hotel we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite! We were so pleasantly surprised. The staff was also very helpful with our taxi, and even walked with us to show us the Cambio. Service above and beyond!

We loved everything

They gave me a free welcome drink and I had a very delicious piña colada. The room was very nice, super clean and bed very comfortable. I did have a soup and salad at their restaurant and it was good. Breakfast was also good and I really liked the location. They had real soap bars, which is nice since the soap dispensers in other hotels are cheap option.

I don’t have any negatives to share.

Good quality hotel in Santiago historical centre. Clean, well functioning. Restaurant has an amazing view! While rooms are very different- some of them very spacious with a view to the monument. Others tiny with a view to the wall. Welcome drink was especially pleasant. Breakfast was very good.

Flooding happened in our room because of some technical issue in the room upstairs. And the staff wasn’t really helpful with sorting it out considering that it’s our day of check out and we don’t need any help.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre and close to restaurants and is only a short taxi ride away from the airport. Despite this and having a casino attached, the property was very quiet. I would recommend this if you want to stay overnight before travelling elsewhere on the island

The A/C was not able to cool the room very well

It was clean and the staff was friendly and at the disposal of the guest. It was nice that during breakfast if you asked for something not available the staff made the intent to make it available.

I didn’t like that the room pictures offered a view of the city and I did not get any type of view. My view was to the parking lot.

Perfect for those arriving to DR, a bank and a cell phone service is just around the corner - so you can sort out your cash and sim card in peace from renowned branches. The hotel has a nice simple gym and a welcome drink.

They stopped responding to my messages on Booking.com. I wanted to ensure that my airport shuttle will pick me up with a sign and my name on it. So I had a bit of stress not knowing if they will pick me up until last minute (without internet or cash). Luckily I managed to find then in the crowd at the arrival exit space.

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are very clean! The air conditioner worked well and the shower had nice hot water! The restaurant upstairs had great food. It's well worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Don't be fooled by the exterior, the inside is very very nice.

The staff are very friendly and more than happy to answer questions or give advice on where to go when you're out and about. The room was clean and the empty shampoos ect were replaced without asking. Check out was a breeze (far better than the nearly half an hour at another hotel) and the invoice detailed what each charge was.

The menu in the vista restaurant doesn't have prices. It can be noisy but it is in the city centre so it's to be expected. The casino is pants. I wanted to play some blackjack but it's all electronic games (mainly fruits).
