I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and hotel meals. The staff was extremely helpful about the facility and tour. They connected me to a tour company. The location was central to the historical Zona Colonial. I could operate the ceiling fan at a temperature that was satisfactory. I enjoyed swimming in the pool daily.
The hotel had 2 blackouts while I was at the hotel: one in the evening before I left and the other just before I was leaving the hotel. I was not informed verbally about the toilet paper not being flushed down the toilet. The cleaning staff had to pump the toilet to clear the toilet paper. I would have liked a few hangers for my clothes. Also I would have liked a cup in the sink area.

Alex helped us out a lot at the reception the staff is great.
Pool was quite dirty, there was no plug at the side of the bed like listed in the booking. And lots of other things they listed didn't exist either like fireplace, walk in closet etc. I didn't need any of those but if they are not there they shouldn't be listed.

Very nice pool and the rooms was okay for the price, but the best thing about my stay and the hotel in general, was the very good customer service by the good receptionist Alex. He was very friendly, accommodating and took care of every little thing that would make my stay at the hotel better… 10/10
