Breakfast is very extensive, there is a lot to choose from and it all tastes fresh. The bed is very very comfortable, and I'm a critic. Lovely and big TV in the room with Netflix option. Flexible in late checkout and staff speaks English reasonably well.

The gym was closed for no reason, so that was a bummer. They said they would contact me for more information but never did. Not what can be expected from a 5-star hotel. Also, there was only one employee at the check-in, so there was a long line.

Breakfast was very good. Facilities were clean and staff very courteous

We did not stay the first night as our flight to Cuenca was delayed an hour which caused us to stay in Quito for one night. We had to pay for 2 nights although we only spent one night. That was very disappointing, although the hotel facilities are very nice.

This was a more expensive hotel than I usually stay in but it was fairly close to the airport. It was a typical high-price place. The parking was close but scarce. The staff were helpful. Free WiFi and buffet breakfast.

My room was a long, long walk at the end of a long day. When I got there, the key card wouldn’t work. I had to drag my luggage all the way back to the front desk to get a new one and then walk back to the room. When I went inside, there was a huge puddle of water in the room. Now I had to get another room. It all worked out well but I really didn’t need all of the hassle.

It’s about a half an hour walk from the centre but it is a nice walk along the river or a short taxi ride - not really something I didn’t like but something to be aware of!

very confortable stay and great service

people should be able to at least leave theirs luggage in the reception if they arrive to the hotel before the check in time. we had to leave our things in the car and grab a cab which wasn’t that easy because of traffic and rain and go grab something to eat and then come back to the hotel to finally do our check in and leave our things in the room.
