This was really an exceptional break. I was a little skeptical at the beginning as I have never been there before and haven’t heard about the hotel before but I was delighted with what I saw. The reception staff ( Mr Mohammed, Mr Abdelrahman and Mr Eslam) were highly professional, polite and couldn’t have done any more to make our stay more comfortable and more relaxing. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The pool and aqua staff were very polite and helpful, I’m very grateful to them for looking after my little daughter. House keepers and all hotel staff deserve all the credit. My daughters( 14,12 and 10) are already asking me to rebook it again. Food( mainly in dinner buffet) was of high quality and lots of varieties. I only wish that Coral sea resort will keep their high standards and quality in the future. We will definitely come back again, inshallah!

Nothing really - may be, albeit very minor, food varieties in breakfast could improve. The music at night was really loud and continue nearly at midnight, maybe not suitable for someone who likes to sleep early or likes it quieter at night.

The suite is clean and spacious and the beds are comfy, the staff is helpful and efficient and the reception team is well organized and supportive with a big smile 24/7 The pool was nice but the aqua park needs more attention and more plastic tracks are required to prevent slippery accidents, many kids went down because of the wet floors everywhere The animation team and night activities were amazing The flooting dock was nice to bypass the rocky beach One night there were mosquitos and the staff took care of it and for the next 2 days i didn't saw any new mosquitos , it was rare to see a fly anywhere around , the Hotel was very clean and tidy

The quality and quantity of food need to be improved and to add more choices for breakfast and dinner, Also the restaurant is small and isn't enough for the guests, many guests had to wait for a while to get a table. the hotel management should use the empty dolphin restaurant to solve the issues of the over-occupied fanar restaurant, currently it's a 4 Star facility with 3 star dining rating Kids club was closed for most of the day, it need to optimized to operate for extended hours. Golf car to the sea is a good idea but the management must extend the operating hours to cover the Beach opening hours from 7 am to 8 pm instead of the current hours from 9 am to 6 pm

Once arrived the check-in process is finished within minutes, Mr. Mohamed at the front desk was very helpful, decent we would like to thank him, he also upgraded our room which was very cool and nice. The room was very clean. Heated pool indoor, is good but small; however the outdoor pool was very good although the water was cold but you would like swimming in it. The beach is 5 minutes walking, but there is a golf car ride service. The staff were very helpful and decent.

The restaurant as for the breakfast, it was okay, but the bakeries wasn’t good at all. The dinner, it was fine, but could be better when it comes to the quality of the food!

Exceeded my expectations to be honest, an enjoyable stay with my family. Overall review score 8.5/10. My detailed review: Cleanliness: 9/10 The room cleanliness is very good, as well as the hotel. Room: 10/10 The room is spacious with enough space to sleep, relax and just sit. Same as the balcony which in our case was overlooking the pool and sea from the side. The bathroom is well-maintained and nicely decorated Staff: Staff are helpful and the animation team is energetic, especially with kids at night!. My kids had fun and they even receives mini Ramadan lamps from the animation team. Aqua park: 9/10 for the price, they have 3 medium-sized slides and nice aqua play area for younger kids along with 2 smaller slides along with other kids. Pools: Many nice pools, but the heated one was indoor and very small, so 7/10 Food: was good enough for the price, food tasted like home-cooked meals, which is good. Quality and taste is good. You can also order food and it is delivered to you wherever you are sitting or in your room, the prices are good and quality is decent. 8/10 Beach: The rocky Beach is a bit far (5-6 minutes walk) but you can also ask for a golf cart to get you there. Seating on the beach is nice and well-maintained

Price: I paid almost 80% extra because the hotel charged me during EGP floating day, and they decreased their prices in booking. I called and tried to ask for help but they were not keen on helping, but I will not let that affect my review because my family enjoyed the trip. But this part deserves 2/10! Pools: The heated one was indoor and very small, so 7/10 Aqua park: I just wished they would heat the water, just a “bit”. Staff: Some staff in the buffet just needs more training to deal with the customers. 9/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 The room cleanliness is very good, as well as the hotel, just one or two bathrooms at the hotel like beside the “La Pergola” need more care

The beach is kind of far away and rocky , not good for swimming They used boycotted products like nescafe , i didn't like that

Everything was amazing. Facilities, pools, aqua and the beach. There is a very large pool extending across all the hotel and there is another indoor and heated one. Kids pool is nice too. Golf cart is available for free between the hotel and the beach if you dont want to walk. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The room is neat, clean and spacious too.

Food variety and taste in breakfast and dinner are ok, but not the best out there. Animation shows was ok, but not the best amusing.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spotless, well-furnished, and cozy, with a comfortable bed, crisp white linens, and soft lighting that created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The view from my window was stunning, overlooking the city skyline (or garden, beach, mountains—depending on the setting). Every detail, from the complimentary tea and coffee to the neatly arranged toiletries in the bathroom, reflected thoughtful hospitality. The hotel’s amenities were just as impressive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The gym and pool were clean and well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. In the evenings, the hotel restaurant served beautifully presented meals with excellent service. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the staff’s dedication to making guests feel at home. Whether it was arranging a taxi, offering local tips, or just greeting me by name, they went above and beyond. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Esraa, the receptionist. On the day I needed to arrange transport, she went out of her way to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. Not only did she book a reliable taxi for me, but she also confirmed the details in advance, made sure the driver arrived on time, and even followed up to check that I was comfortable with the journey. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm demeanor turned what could have been a stressful task into a completely effortless experience. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at ease Overall, my stay was comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable—an experience I would gladly repeat and recommend to others.

Thank you very much for our Excellent stay in Coral Sea Beach & Aqua park Resort, Al Sokhna, I was really impressed with the hospitality manners of all the Resort team, At the Reception "Abd El Rahman", and "Christine", Guest Relations, they are extremely nice people. From the Animation Team, "Ibrahim" was a superstar, my child like him very much, he did his best with his team to make everyone entertained and engaged with the activities at all the time, very big thanks to him. The Room was very clean with good functions and the House Keeping team are extremely nice and professional, "Ahmed", from House Keeping was really nice to us and every day we got an art surprise in the room. The food was really nice and more than enough with different varieties everyday, the Executive Chef is always available at the Buffett to help you at the meal time. The food test really good. Of course behind all this efforts must be a great leader of the Resort, you could see the Dupty or the Assistant Resort General Manager all the time available to support his great team, very big thanks to him to make this resort very nice. They have a game room open during the day and in the evening, great idea for the guests. I have to say that the service what we got there exceeded the value of money what we paid, it's unbelievable how to make very nice here. We will definitely come back again.

It would be great if they have a heated swimming pool and the Aqua park water is headed during the winter time, that the children and the adults can enjoy.

The main reason behind the hotel's high rating is its exceptional staff. From Mr. Abdel Rahman at the reception, who was cooperative throughout our stay, to Mr. Mahmoud in the restaurant, who consistently checked in with us during every meal to ensure quality service and taste. Additionally, Abdel Galil at the pool and aqua park took great care of all our needs. Our suite was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The open buffet offered a wide variety of options, but my personal favorites were the bakery selection at breakfast and the desserts at dinner, especially the oriental sweets—I highly recommend not missing them! Regarding activities, the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, which is perfect for winter, while the outdoor pools, including the aqua park, are not heated. There was night entertainment, though we unfortunately didn’t attend. The game room was also a great addition, featuring billiards, table tennis, and foosball. The beach was clean and well-organized, though it was a bit too cold for swimming. However, simply relaxing by the sea was more than enjoyable. This hotel would definitely be my choice when visiting Sokhna again, but mainly for short vacations. To the staff—keep up the great work!

-The suite’s furniture felt outdated. If you don’t need the extra space, I’d recommend booking a standard room to save the price difference. That said, the view from the suite was absolutely marvelous. -The outdoor pools and aqua park are unheated, making it difficult to enjoy them in colder weather. -The shower water pressure was a bit weak, especially the hot water. -Our room cards disconnected multiple times, requiring frequent trips to the reception for reactivation.
