What a wonderful stay 😊 .. All the staff are friendly and strive to please you, starting from the reception, chefs, room service and even the health club manager, you always find the department heads in front of you in each department, which makes you feel in control of every detail, and they were all friendly with my little daughter.. The food is excellent at dinner, not much variety, but the taste and quality are above excellent, and this is better for me than variety without taste or quality.. The breakfast is distinctive and there is a variety of items. My greetings to the international pastry chef and all the restaurant staff.. The rooms are clean, new, luxurious and very modern, as I will show in the pictures.. The health club is clean, large and distinctive. We enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi for free.. The hotel is very huge and enjoyable, and I will definitely visit it whenever I have the opportunity.. This comment is not a compliment, but it is a right for all professional employees.. The hotel is a bit far from the sea, but there is a regular shuttle bus. I hope there will be more activities at night next time.

It was amazing. I loved Looking out into the hills. I loved the whole 5 star experience. We had a cable car ride which was very memorable Abdallah was super helpful. Thumbs up to him. I think that's his name. I was liaising with him online before I arrived. Which reminds me that the location is a bit tricky, but I got a Google map link and description from the hotel before arriving so that helped a lot. Also don't go for purpose of shopping because galala as a town is quite empty. But if you go for purpose of resting and unwinding, you will do just that. It will also be good for conferences. our stay was very dreamy and totally don't regret the visit. I'm planning to go back with my friends.

There is nothing i didn't like. Its not by the beach- you need a shuttle but going to the beach wasn't my priority. We wanted somewhere serene and we got just that.

A wonderful hotel that is very suitable for recreation and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowd of the beaches between the charming mountain plains. The staff is wonderful, headed by Dr. Osama Saad, the general manager of the hotel, active and responsive and has a high creation and distinguished management. The restaurant was very suitable for the duration of my stay despite the lack of diversity, but the taste and the quality of the food is very good and the entire hospitality staff is very excellent. Check-in and check-out was very fast and smooth and the receptionists Mr. Abdullah Elkashef, Rose & Mohamed are great and handsome people , the cleanliness and decorations of the rooms are more than wonderful, and what I liked the most was to pay attention to the big and small details. And of course I will visit this special hotel again.

We had the best three nights.The staff was the friendliest ever. From the reception, they were very professional. I would like to thank Abdullah for being exceptionally welcoming and professional he checked me in our rooms in no time . Room service was great and responsive. The animation team—Alaa, Zaineb, shehab, and Hassan—were wonderful and made our stay unforgettable. Mustafa working around the pool was outstanding, Captain Attef, the health club manager, was very welcoming and had a great personality. The restaurant staff was also kind and attentive . I truly want to thank the hotel management for making our stay unforgettable.

The food in the open buffet werent addressed in labels under , my father has allergies and we didnt know what was the food .

The place is excellent & very clean, all the hotel staff deals with elegance and respect, the restaurant is very good, meals are delicious and tasty, the view from the top of the mountain is wonderful especially during the enjoyable cable car trip. Thanks to everyone for the good reception and hospitality.

I liked alot the staff, and the reception, and the greetings especially Mr abdallah and Mrs Rawan and Mrs Remonda The room was pretty much big with all the things and neccessities needed
