I love their SPA room, Mr Wafdi and the message with Mrs Rafida was amazing and totally relaxing. Also, my kids enjoying the Jaquzi area.

I don’t like the attitude from the receptionists M. Eissa. we have late moment joining of my sun who is 14 years. The way he did talk to us was Ugly . He asked me to cancel my booking and will refund. but what about all the way we cross it for the hotel. I did not feel he has any hospitality. Even if he concerned about the money there is another way to talk. He is not having any relation skills on the front disk. then I appreciate it Ms Yasmine that she was very nice and helpful and she solved the problem.

Place is great for taking photos, the water was great , the food was great.

Extremely late check-in everyday. Terrible service, the whole staff needs to be changed to more professional and representable people. Room service responds very late.

The staff at the front desk were unprofessional and totally ignorant and trying to charge extra money for nothing without any basis

The hotel was great, the reception staff were wonderful, the restaurant staff were fab, the room was beautiful, huge, great bed, great pillows,the food for dinner was good, the breakfast lay out was amazing The beach although far from the hotel ( but has a shuttle bus ) was lovely and chilled, and the staff were super. The shower was brilliant 👏 The hotel on the whole was really nice

The problem with having white hotel, is that it can look grubby if not kept up, this is what's starting to happen, the sunbeds, the floor, all starting to look dirty and stained when close enough to look at it. The floor by the pool is another matter, people kept tripping over it, as it is uneven, a complete health hazard especially at night when there isn't that much lighting. Pool bar staff on day of check in, we had to ask them to wipe the pool bar, as was grubby with stains, from previous people, it wasn't that busy, was told to sit somewhere else, not good 😢 For the cost of the stay, everything should be perfect, and it isn't, which is a shame

Breakfast and dinner were tasty and the gentlemen at the restaurant were doing their best.

No car shades available in the parking. The cars are suffering!

The staff was super friendly and always willing to help and even go above and beyond your expectations, especially the reception team and manager who worked hard to solve the suit availability issue during my check-in and even offered me late check out as a compensation The restaurant team was amazing and always keen to help Sandy beach with no rocks nor coral reefs .. beach team was there to help Amination team kids activities The atmosphere and the white color everywhere were very relaxing Sure, it won't be my last visit

Very pretty hotel. Really lovely and helpful staff. Our room was a great size for us two, the bed is super comfortable. As well as very clean. Menu was great. The beach was our favourite part, a few water sports activities down there and the ocean is beautiful. Me and my partner also loved the gym, so many pieces of equipment and very spacious with a great view and well air conditioned. We went everyday as we enjoyed it so much!

There was a few power cuts at night which meant our air-con switched off and it was quite uncomfortable for us as it was so hot. I would of also preferred to be able to get the hotel bus to the beach past 7pm as the restaurant down at the beach was really cool with great food. The buffet was quite repetitive so we would of liked to have something different location and food wise. As there isn't a lot to do in the evenings with low effort entertainment, we wanted to watch TV but it was all Arabic channels. It would of been great to have access to Netflix or amazon prime for international guests.

Every detail, from the soothing color palette to the warm, clean linen was designed to enhance comfort and relaxation. The resort offered a perfect mix of activities, allowing me to choose how active or laid-back I wanted to be. We also took advantage of the wellness center, indulging in a luxurious spa treatment that left us feeling utterly rejuvenated. The massages, facials, and body scrubs were expertly delivered, making the entire experience feel like a retreat for both mind and body. For those moments when we simply wanted to do nothing at all, the infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax with a book in hand. Lounging by the pool, with the calm water and the sound of nature around me, created an almost meditative environment. The resort also provided private beach access, where I could walk along the shore, enjoy the sunset, or just sit and listen to the gentle waves. The resort's dining options were another highlight of my stay. With an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, every meal was a treat. We had breakfast each morning, with aromatic cappuccinos, tropical fruit, and a selection of pastries that were simply delicious. Lunches and dinners offered a variety of cuisines, from fresh seafood to comforting local dishes. The level of service at the resort was exceptional, yet discreet. The staff was always friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive. Perfect holiday...

Nothing not to like at all.

I had a wonderful stay at Tanoak Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable—perfect for both business and leisure stays. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to Nour, whose kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure every part of my stay was perfect, always checking in with a smile and offering help whenever needed. I also want to express my appreciation for the reception manager—a true professional who handled everything with efficiency and grace. Their leadership is clearly reflected in how smoothly everything runs at the front desk, and they were always ready with quick solutions and a welcoming attitude. Tanoak Hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated team. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
