I came for the 2nd time in this hotel . It is nice for familly . During the weekend it is much more crowded than the week days , but the animations at night were nice. The staff is helpful , food at the buffet really good , place is clean and the rooms are done well everyday . The beach is sandy , which is not always the case in Sohkna. The pools are nice .

As my previous comment during my first stay , too many cigarettes on the beach. For the littles ones playing in the sand it is not nice. Also a lot of moskitos in the rooms , you need to take your own products. If 1 or 2 slides in the pools were added will be fun for the kids.

The room is very clean .all the staff were friendly and helpful .The night entertainment was enjoyable and is different everyday so not to be bored .the food is better this year

They need to add more seats on the beach They have to find a way to control the owners from intruding the private beach of hotel

I liked the rooms , they were very clean and comfortable , housekeeping is always checking if everything is settled and if we need anything in our room to be refilled or cleaned , also the location is great and it has a lot of greenery which makes the view amazing.

The beach needs to be cleaned quite often , the lounges on the beach needs renewal ,also i had a problem with the buffet they didn’t offer appropriate amount of protein during dinner , which was immediately solved when i talked with the hotel manager(ahmed sobhy) and this was great because he took everything i said into account and treated it perfectly.

The sea and the beach are amazing and very clean, there are seats in the beach for hotel residents only so it was clean and not crowded. The staff are very friendly, helpful and nice. Two pool options, there is a pool for hotel residents and it was very nice and quiet The restaurant is very clean, the staff there were very helpful

- our room from booking wasn't on the pool view, it was a nice garden view but still there was no option to choose a room with a pool view. - restaurant food was nice and tasty but there was no diversity, if you're going to stay for more than 3 days you will get bored from the same food

the best two things are the beach and the staff. I like the staff, they are so friendly all the time when I ask them for help or need something. the Hotel facility is kinda old but it’s okay. the check-in was so easy and I was able to get my room early. Mr. Ahmed Sobhy at the check-in counter was so nice and helpful person. I was able to contact him from the USA. the staff always smiled at us. the Housekeeping is great. Mr. Ashraf Taha was so nice and helped me to get an extra beds for my kids and kept my room clean the restaurant is okay. no food variety. Mr. Mahmoud Badwy was so nice to us. Mr, Hosny Salah at the restaurant was so nice and helpful all the time. every day he prepared my table and prepared my favorite dish. I recommend it if you do not want to drive to Hurghada. it’s very close to Cairo.

Beach is nice and sandy. The hotel has 3 very nice swimming pools one of which is private for hotel guests only. The staff were friendly and rooms are clean, all with garden view with the famous palm tree where you can see the dates if you arrive in end of august. Location is also easily findable about 1:40 hr from Cairo ( around 90 km).

No enough varieties for food at dinner. Breakfast is good. No wifi in rooms. Only at the reception.

- Pleasant hotel (not crowded, almost empty by the end of December 2023) - Kind staff (Ashraf manager and his team were nice and caring) - Good and varied buffet - Sandy beach is right around the corner with enough deckchairs, 3 swimming pools - Wifi in the hotel is available in the lobby (slow but OK) - Good value for money for a 3-star hotel

- Location in the middle of nowhere, no activities around and inside the hotel - Beaches next to the hotel are private so you can forget long walks on the beach (well, you can still go back and forth on the 200 meters long hotel beach) - No airport shuttle, need to book a cab on your side or by asking the front desk - The hotel is quite old and some refreshings could be done

A good variety of dishes to choose from, both for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful facilities with lots of greenery - just like in the pictures! <3 The buildings have an authentic feel of North African architecture. Well maintained pool and gardens - the scent of jasmine fills the air :) Comfortable rooms - large bed, a nice sitting area, balcony with a beautiful view. Sandy beach with shallow clear waters. Polite staff of the hotel. Peaceful and quiet! High standards considering it’s a 3* hotel!

A lot of Mosquitoes in the room - they come through the air vent in the bathroom. Please install a screen/net in the hole in the wall to prevent them from getting in, and equip rooms with electric mosquito repellent, as this was a real nightmare for us and our little baby :( Heavy food, restaurant filled with the smell of oil and cooking. No drinks at dinner except water… For breakfast we only got black tea and Nescafé - how about providing green tea and brewed coffee? Very loud air conditioning unit and fridge made it difficult to sleep. We didn’t get towels or tea/coffee for our stay - had to ask for them. Bathroom and windows not very clean.

Location was excellent, several pools to choose from and a very nice beach.

Could have had more restaurants or dining choices. Food in the main restaurant was good. Should also have real “all inclusive” as opposed to half board, although half board was good too.

I liked how the staff did to make the guests happy and feel comfortable. They are all helpful and very friendly. I recommend the place for a good and quiet time for a little cost.

What I didn't like was that I found a big group of men at the party and in the swimming pool. I thought the place was for families only. But it was not a big issue.
