Distance from beach, view, services, staff and buffet.

The fact that I can't access the gates using an id from the walking track. I have to cut a big distance. Also the latest room didn't have the sea viewable from bed as before and also there were some upgrades in the track that avoided the capability to have a walk during the stay

The staff were very nice, helpful& friendly, the facilities were so good such as the pool & the beach. The food was good as well. Our stay overall was nice. The resort location is so good, the shopping mall & the plaza are very nice place to hangout at night.

We founded a mouse at our room. Which was the worst part of our stay, because we have phobia from rats, mouses,etc.. as well to be honest the staff reacted fast & changed our room & mentioned that this happened maybe due to the renovations outside infront of the resort

1. Supportive, understanding and amazing staff; under the great management of Mr. Mohamed Youssif. 2. Cozy room with great view. 3. Entertainment programs were upbeat. 4. Hotel's restaurant was an exceptional experience, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the chef and the entire kitchen team for their outstanding work.

The elevators were temporarily unavailable, which caused some inconvenience. While I understand that such issues can arise unexpectedly, having the elevators out of service did make it a bit challenging, but I appreciate how supportive the hotel's team was to overcome this issue.

Staff were so friendly,and helpful. Landscape was awesome except for been located atop the promenade which was noisy at night specially for the cafeS down there. Appreciated very much the setting for the outdoors dinner buffet on friday April 19th. and the hospitable attitude of the F&B manager in person.

The accessibility to the rooms from reception through only one looooong corridor was like a mouse trap, specially that it was narrow at some points and bent at others, made it a real nightmare to someone like me who is claustrophobic and my wife had a lumbar back surgery. Bearing in mind that ALWAYS fire exit doors were closed!!!!? that could shortened the walk back to the rooms from the beach. Food varieties on both breakfasts and dinners were appreciated, but quality was just OK.

Excellent Sea-View Location. spacious room and bath. Friendly staff always considers different people's needs. Open buffet for breakfast and dinner with varieties. During Eid, there were parties and singers in addition to the animation team. A private beach and bridge to the beach. staff was collecting feedback daily and action any request swiftly.

I recommend providing a heated pool for the hotel residents similar to the one in Jabal Hotel and to avail Free Wi-Fi service.

The staff was amazing and really helpful and helped me locate some lost item The breakfast was great the best I had in a hotel so far The room was clean and well equipped The location is really nice close to shops and restaurants

The hotel doesn't answer the phone I had trouble locating the hotel and tried to call multiple times while I was standing in a really really hot place and they didn't respond, I also called the day earlier to inform about something noone responded The beach opens only at 9 am and closes at night and the pool as well starting 10 am which was annoying and affected my timeline

It’s so close to everything, many Cafe shops, Markets and Restaurants, Cinema (not high quality but good), Bowling and entertainment center, lake inside the hotel & Swimming pool (good not perfect). So close to the beach (you can see from your room balcony) and on the beach you can find Jet ski, Parachuting, Speed boots etc. also near to Yachts harbor where you can rent a yacht or share with others and there is also a marine where you can see underwater: Fishes and Coral reefs. Finally the Teleferique , it’s really exciting experiment.

The water was cut but they were very helpful and supplied us with water. The TV remote control was 🤮

Very cooperative team either in room services , reception or on beach and pool . Nice veiw in room (sea view) Very nice beach and pool. Variety in food for breakfast and dinner.

Room floor is not coverd by carpet. No wi_fi network available in rooms . Only in reception.

The staff that checked in and checked us out at the reception by the name of "Marwa" was very2 attentive. She answered all to our queries and even offered us a late checkout. She also called our rooms to check on us if we need anything. Good job on the outstanding customer service by Marwa. The breakfast and dinner are also great. It's a good hotel to stay and very convenient with easy access to beach and surrounded by alot of food.

professional staff , you feel like hotel 5 star not 4 start in service. Mr Mohamed Elgazaar & Mr Mohamed Youssef i appreciate their fast response and their leadership behavior for keeping the stay memorable ☺️ Food was amazing very oriental and speacial thanks to Cheif Hazem Hamdy and Chief Mohamed . Animation team super amazing Hotel is big resort and location is perfect

Just furniture need to be upgraded but overall as 4 star is acceptable you cannot feel that .
