the room location was perfect and the aqua park was great , stuff was so freindly

the food was the worst i had ever, my son was not able to eat anything at dinner expect the rice, the chicken was so dry and grilled meat was over spiced, salad bar was very poor not matching 5 star hotel

The staff was professional specially Mr Mostafa Qasem all team was helpful and friendly , There’re pools for the guests Away from the swimming pools for day Use guests, About the restaurant food was good and varied but you have to pay for drinks.

Aqua park was crowded due to Day use guests and some of Aqua park was out of work , beach was rocky and outside the resort you have to go by shuttle bus

Absence of Wifi in duration of our visit and the restaurant needs more air conditioners.

There are plenty of water rides for all ages. The pools are clean and big. The staff members were always willing to help. The buffet had a variety of delicious food on both breakfast and dinner. The room is spacious and smells good,overlooking the amazing pool. Greenery everywhere! The beach of TOLIP is amazingly clean and sandy!

The room door couldn’t be shut well ( 1102). One of the beds creaks. The golf car is hardly available within the facility. The main swimming pool has no stairs to get out of the water. To access the beach , you must go to a different hotel ( TOLIP Majestic).

Its an amazing property. Aqua park had all good rides and almost all of the rides were clean. Deluxe rooms are very big and specious. Cable car ride near by with discounted price for hotel guests

Some of the rides in aqua park were not clean. Bathroom even though clean required more maintenance. Drinking water bottles only 2 given additional are chargeable.

*The resort is devided into three main blocks with a vast and wide area with sea view, each block has couples of aqua and pools suitable for kids and adults as well. *The resturant was outstanding in food quality with different variaties all dishes, salads and desserts. *Hotel staff was excellent and veey friendly and keen to get customers feedback to improve on spot. *Rooms and facilties were very clean even outdoor locations. *Hotel has a nearby private beach with a shuttle at regular close time schedual. Hotel location was not to far with easy accessibilty.

*The far distance of the resturant from the rest of the resort, however hotel still providing an easy internal transportation by golf cart. *Animation team was friendly but needs a little improvement for kids activties. *My booking was halfboard as regular but I would like to suggest to add an option to get brivilage and snaks as a package with extra cost for the kids after the pool activity. * Climate was a little cold and pools were not fully heated.

-The staff so friendly specially Mr. Waleed, he was so flexible, supportive, he did his best to facilitate everything, he was the right man in the right position. -The fireshow man was so professional, he has wonderful shows and games -The aqua games were great -The location beside the reception, 1xxx was great and near to everything. 3xxx nooo - the beach guys were so friendly, and they have amazing games

-The beach is not close enough to hotel, and full of rocks, you must have a sea shoes -the rooms need some maintenance. - no hot water for shower - high prices for anything out of breakfast and dinner time. - poor day activities, animation team need to be more creative and active - check in took much time than expected.

My stay at Eastern Elgalala was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding staff whose warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, greeted by the security guard's welcoming smile at the gate, to my interactions with the front desk personnel, notably Mr. Gaber, and the attentive bellmen, the amazing club cars stuff, I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a guest, Throughout my stay, whether dining in the restaurants or enjoying the facilities The Very enjoyable, accessible & amusing Aqua Park, every member of the staff demonstrated a remarkable level of kindness and respect. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience was evident in every interaction. The facilities themselves were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I did notice a slight inconsistency in the housekeeping service, which I suspect may be due to the heavy workload and limited resources. Despite this minor concern, it did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend Eastern Elgalala to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful getaway. The exceptional service, coupled with the beautiful facilities, make it a destination worth visiting. My heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their dedication and hospitality.

I did notice a slight inconsistency in the housekeeping service, which I suspect may be due to the heavy workload and limited resources, also recommend Keeping everything in good shape, especially during busy times, is important. It means the resort can handle the crowds without any problems. Regular check-ups and fixing things quickly help keep everything running smoothly. By doing this, Eastern Elgalala can make sure guests always have a great time, no matter how busy it gets.

The food was so bad

The property was clean and tidy. The restaurant is conveniently located near the rooms which are also right next to the pool. The food was delicious. We visited in Ramadan so staff brought fatoor and sahoor straight to our rooms at the time given. All the staff were amazing especially the manager and reception staff. We originally booked for 2 nights but there wasn’t much to do in the area during Ramadan. The manager was very accommodating and refunded us the second night as we wanted to return home early.

Very quiet during Ramadan, but this is no fault of the hotel.
