The cleanliness, the staff, the spacious rooms, the beach and the food. The staff at the cafe on the beach were amazing.

I wasn’t happy when I checked in, I had to pay an extra £490 in extra fees and taxes over what I was told in booking.com. Also the fact that they advertise that they have an aqua park that we can use but it’s in another hotel next door and there is no way to get to it unless you have a car in hand. They should have some sort of transport for that. Also 4 pools were advertised and only 1 can be used by the hotel residents. Also the night entertainment was very poor, and was only for 2 out of the 7 nights of our stay. Furthermore, the external entertainment only performed for half an hour- not enough!

This is our second time to visit this place.. Pros: Clean beach. Nice location. Relaxing place. Friendly staff. Perfect air conditioning.

Cons: Rooms could be cleaner. So limited items in the restaurant, the food was perfect in our first night, but was just OK in the second one. Kids area needs maintenance. The resort is still under construction. The road to to the resort is under construction as well. Google maps will make you confused if you are coming from Cairo, just try to take parallel roads till you cross to the right one.

location by itself is great but there is nothing else around it. Resort is neat and clean and brand new.

their credit card processing for international credit cards was not working and they claimed it was our credit card issue which was not true. due to this we spend more than 1 hour to checkin and by the time we got our room it was past 4:00 AM and my kids were bit by mosquitos while waiting in lobby. However finally after request and realizing the delays and pain we had to go through we got late check out which helped us to be able to sleep in even though we missed the breakfast. They do not have body lotion or conditioner which is something a resort this size should be carrying other then just shampoo and bathing gel.

The property had clean and tidy rooms, a great pool and a short walk to the beach. Liked that it had breakfast and dinner included. Variety at dinner could be better. The restaurant for lunch had a lot of options and was cheap. Rooms were spacious and clean

You need to check out by 12/1pm. If your taxi is picking you up after this time, to use the facilities e.g pool, you have to pay a half day fee. We were leaving at 6 (before dinner started) and told we couldn’t sit by the pool unless we paid. Other hotels let you sit by the pool till your departure time.

We loved everything about the place. It looks pretty renovated and super clean. The staff are super nice and great. Mai was so nice once she checked us in. I have zero concerns about the place and everything in between. I would definitely recommend it for families. The pool is really nice and there's games for kids which is pretty fun. Also the food is exceptional. I want to thank everyone for the amazing work

When I booked, I paid extra to get a sea view room. However, when we got there, it turned out there's no rooms close to the beach, which was pretty disappointing. However, the room we got was a view for the pool, mainly with a little bit of the sea view. So I just think they should clarify that on their website. Also, the place needs more snacks and food/dessert carts around the beach to sell more drinks and different food carts for crunchies. Lastly, it would be great if there was a bar serving alcholic drinks close to the beach

There wasn’t wifi and the shower door handle was broken in rom 302 , it need more activities like movie night or pool games

Our stay at Seaville was amazing, we had a troublesome at the beginning but Mr. Tamer and Mr. Amr the managers inteffered and ensured our stay is as expected and more. The hotel is overall clean, everyone is helpful and friendly, the pool and the sandy beach are amazing, pool bar, beach bar and restaurants are excellent, the food is delecious and on a great quality.

The only thing I disliked is the crowd at the beach, the hotel is part of a residential villas and apartments that share the private beach with the hotel guests, it was quite hard to get shezlongs at the beach but maybe it was due to Eid Vacation season, but the Pool is private and only accessible to the hotel guests.

1. Very very small mini-bar 2. Extremely disappointed with the very bad attitude of the beach manager and its guard who argued a lot with me to go to swim with my modest clothing. This violates my privacy, my personal preference and wasted my time of enjoying my stay for debates about changing it to swimming clothing 3. Limited variety of food during breakfast and dinner. Should be enhanced!
