Location is perfect overseeing the other Tolip Majestic Hotel and the sea - All rooms have sea and pool view Food is good although there were no much varieties but it's acceptable as there were not much guests Room is very big and spacious having all the facilities Room service is very good Shuttle to beach is very good and accessible anytime outdoor pool is very big and heated which was good in cold weather

Water filtration while showering have a bad smell , like a smell of dust and sand . That was somehow disgusting . that was the only bad thing in the trip , otherwise it was more than perfect .

Amazing location with an amazing view, room are clean with pool view is awesome, also there was welcome fruit plate for each room it was nice gesture, food also is delicious with night life activities Also our package included free aerial lift 😍🤩

Some of staff has lack of professionalism Reception staff need to learn how to work under pressure, at my check out they called 15 minutes to remind me with checkout and i wait more than 30 min to send the bell man to collect our luggage with several calls to the reception at the end i had to drag them till the lobby.

Calm relaxing place , clean , close to cairo. Fun activities available , good food.

Reception staff are kind but they are lacking a lot of information. I asked about boats and sea activities he just reply go to the beach , and ask! He should know the basic info like timing , prices.

What I didn’t like was the rooms cleanness they needed to be cleaner and maintained properly.

The hotel location is wonderful, the skyline trip was very nice, rooms are so wide and comforting. Helpful and welcoming receptionists. Hotel facilities, available activities and shopping center inside Hotel are very good and with good prices also..

More attention to room and baths maintenance needed... they need more than one shuttle bus to beach during the high season with more authority to the bus driver enabling him arrange the process as some people unfortunately don't respect others.

Staff were friendly and helpful—at the reception, in housekeeping, in the restaurant, everywhere. Mr. Osama Samir and Mr. Sabri at the restaurant stood out. They made sure the food was done right. It was fresh, well-prepared, and they were great with us, especially with the kids. The sea was calm and clean. The pool was heated and spotless. The animation team did a good job. All three families had a great time. Other than that, everything ran smoothly. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed at reception and the restaurant team. We’re happy with our stay.

One small point—they only gave two small bottles of water per day. Larger ones would be better.
