Staff is very welcoming and supportive. Restaurant is excellent, high quality food, almost 5-stars. Hotel location is nice, apart from the sea, yet has a shuttle service.

The pool is very small, with no room/signs for children below 160 cm. The pool design is poor, 30% of it is a slide, could be more wide and with different levels. The shower tub was leaking in one room, and I asked the staff to fix it, but they did not (maybe forgot). We used the other room to take shower, but what if we have only one room?

The price is excellent for what u get Rooms are a bit outdated but the food Pool Sea Are good Staff r nice

-The staff is super friendly. A special thank you to Nermin and Mariam from the reception desk. -The food is overall good. The restaurant staff is really nice and welcoming. -The facility is accessible to a certain level. I was able to move around with my baby stroller easily, however, the sandy beach isn’t accessible for wheelchair users.

-The beach is really far away from the reception and not so wide. -The pool has srocky sloped edges which weren’t the best thing for children. -The beach and pool chairs and chaise lounges were cheap and a bit old. -There weren’t shampoo or towels inside rooms, and in 1 room there wasn’t tissues. You have to call the reception.

Nothing all it was very nice experience was lucky

The location and the beach is sandy great for kids, some food items are great, the place has many pools to choose from, last but not least the staff almost everyone is very friendly and they wanted to please everyone as much as they could. Also there is a market there has too many items with decent prices.

Food is just ok, not wow and not bad either, regarding little variety, the beach sand needed to be cleaned regularly, there is no mosque here and the nearest one ,more than 2 km away, the The place needs activities especially for the kids, no animation teams found even in the weekends,

The hotel is neat and a good place for a stay It is not too far from Egypt's capital (Cairo) The beach and pool are good There is a supermarket near the hotel Most of the stuff is friendly It has a squash hall and other games It has different places for sitting, chatting, playing, etc.

There's a delay in the service even if the hotel is not fully-occupied (housekeeping, beach shuttle,...) There was an intention to change the hotel's food service during my stay from open-buffet to set-menu without a proper notification to me and with keeping the same price of the open-buffet. After making a complaint to booking.com, it was kept as is as open-buffet. The food was quiet good on the third night

Our stay was exceptional. The Hospitality of the staff was great especially Nermeen and Mariam form the reception. The service was fast and very welcoming. The food was nice, however not much variety but overall lovely. I love the pool and the beach so much especially the beach bar. The beach was sandy and the activities on it were really nice.

- the rooms need a renovation makeover (not bad however chalet style) -the play room needs care as well

Very good Location, very good food and service .. you can always ask for Mariam and Nermine to have a comfortable stay and get what you need. The reception is very nice, warm and welcoming. Swimming Pools and sea water are excellent. Rooms do not have a view and need some renovation, but still cover necessities well. The food and the sandy beach were fantastic. The dinner is an open buffet with different items depending on the day, and it was all delicious. And I understand what other reviewers say about the beach being a bit small, but there weren't a lot of guests during our stay, and we got to enjoy it a lot; it also has very smooth sand as opposed to the rocky beaches that you'd find in most of Sokhna.

The only minor downside is that the location is a bit far from everything, but it's perfect if you're planning to stay inside the premises for a quiet, secluded retreat.

The stuff are super friendly, caring, and welcoming. The rooms are so lovely and comfortable. The food in the open buffet is very delicious.

The fact that there is no water in the open buffet; neither breakfast nor dinner. If you need water, u either buy it from the hotel or you need to walk to reach a supermarket inside the compound to get water, unless you have a car of course. The hotel provides you two small water bottles everyday though. Otherwise, everything is lovely.
