MR Montasir at the reception was really helpful and friendly, he was there for all out needs and gave us upgrades upon arrival, I had booked a garden view one bedroom twice (choosing the cheaper option) and he upgraded it to a pool view 2 bedroom each which was really kind of him as I had my family with me. There is also a supermarket by the hotel which was very convenient for me, and there is a restaurant on the sea and a drink and dessert bar that was also convenient to buy from throughout the day. The buffet was very decent, it had different options for dinner everyday and quite a variety of foods. Breakfast was also good. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the pools were big and the sea was sandy. They had showers too by the pool and the sea.the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

The steam room wasn't the best, and the gym doesn't have much. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest. And the indoor poor wasn't the warmest.

There's an excess of food and plastic used for serving meals. Instead, I would opt for reusable covers to minimize environmental impact. Additionally, I would engage guests by inquiring about their food preferences through a menu or similar means to ensure that only desired items are provided, reducing waste.

Food, sea and room

The pool was salty like the sea No towel card was available at reception. And the towel people didn't want to give us towels and didn't want to contact reception

Food, beach, sea, staff, reception man, entertainment (fair show) and price were quite excellent. It’s good that we took swimming goggles, as there are underwater inhabitants such as urchins, starfish and various fish. When entering the sea there are pebbles for a couple of meters, and then only sand. We had big room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are swimming pools, but we didn’t swim in them because we go there to swim in the sea.

It will better if they change shower room, because it outdated.

It is a nice place , not too crowded and all was pleasant, the food was so delicious in both breakfast and dinner beauffet The pools are clean and well taken care of and the beach is sandy and clean Also the night show in weekeneds were really entertaining A supermarket just right beside the hotel helped us alot

Such a friendly and respectful staff. The hotel is clean with good facilities including aqua, nice beach and heated pool. The food buffet is also nice and delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Montaser the desk manager and the backbone for the hotel operations.

The animation team was initially not up to the level but they listened and tried their best afterwards

- Nice overall stay. - good location. - welcoming staff. - Nice nearby supermarket selling with prices similar to Egyptian city prices. - Good value for money. - Nice and very tasty food (apart from breakfast bakery)

- part of the furniture was relatively poor . - very noisy Beach because of continuous loud music which is usually included very local songs. So , not very suitable for those looking for a relaxing vacation.

The food is very delicious, the staff is wonderful and very friendly, the sea is calm, and the pool is very clean. You will notice from the moment you arrive that everyone there wants to make you happy, is interested in your requirements and desires, and is happy to provide services.

The building is a bit old, not bad... You will notice that the rooms are used up. I think it needs maintenance.

I really liked the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant staff are so helpful 10/10. Front desk staff 10/10. Sea and pools 10/10. Rooms are 10/8 the reason I give them 8 is that there are some dust
