staff is too much helpful and cheerful when Hotel found the king bed is not enough for two kids with two adults, they offered me extra free bed which is good periodically they calling me if need anything, and they get support for any request from my side too much professional many thanks.

restaurant was toooooo much crowded in second day due to Holiday I see, if Hotel is full power, they cannot able to manage restaurant in good way kind of foods in first day is totally not the same like second day - hardly can find clean dish to take my food, not all variety exist to select ( its out of Hotel's control) also second day ( seems all Rooms were fully booked) the pool was not too much clean!

Everything about the stay was really nice. The room was big and clean. Room service was great. The food was awesome. The hotel was very busy as our visit was within a holiday with long weekends, so the restaurant was always full, but being patient for a couple of minutes meant you could get a table. The sea and the small "train" to get there were also very nice. The pool "lake" in the center of each sector was also nice and the kids loved it. We didn't use the main pool. There were night shows for the kids, also a small band with music which was good and not very loud. The kids loved The tanoura show. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall it was a very nice experience. We will gladly stay there again.

I liked how are disposed the house of the apartment where we stayed. The apartment houses are grouped together by 5-6 with an adjacent pool. It feels like you are living in a private house with your own terrace. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious. The tram is bringing guests to the beach. The beach area clean and comfortable. But it's very shallow near the shore. You have to walk 100-150 meters for the water to reach chest level&

1. I didn’t like that about 16:00 there are disinfection car sprays the liquid against mosquitos. It smells like poison. Very bad and dangerous for people. It seems to me that local disinfection making by staff is enough. 2. We wait for our room long time. Children tired. Although we asked early settlement in the room through bookingcom before arriving. Some guests got the keys before us despite the fact the arrived later than we did. 3. Wifi is poor, you have to login to it every time.

the hotel is located on the first line. very clean. service and cleaning of rooms at the highest level. food is very varied and rich for all five stars. water park is just great and most importantly children are delighted. and a huge plus for Muslims that here practically did not see half-naked tourists all visitors were Arabs. There is a car and a train from the hotel to the seashore. I didn't use the gym because I didn't have time, but there is everything for a good workout. There is a lot of greenery on the territory and the hotel itself is an oasis in the middle of the desert.

the sea was very shallow. but the worst thing was that in the mornings during the fajr prayer the street stank of gas and emissions from a nearby factory, there was nothing to breathe and the children were sick from this smell but overall the hotel itself is an oasis in the middle of all this dust and factories and ports.

The Staff were very friendly during check in and out, the staff at the restaurant were extra nice and helpful, the food was great lots of variety, the pool in front of our room was amazing

No Iron Tables were available at the rooms, the other option was to send it to Laundry which to be honest was very expensive for ironing beachwear, like dresses and skirts Also during Dinner beverages were for an extra charge, even water was for an extra charge Didn’t like the animation team very much, we stayed there for 3 nights, they did the same jokes and dances every night for the kids party..wish they were more fun

The beach was very nice , specially for family and kids , also the staff were friendly and helpful, they tended to all our needs efficiently. And the food was of high quality with good diversity on each course

The rooms need attention , the billows are hard, and no soft fibre is available , the swimming pools are all of shallow depth , so they are not quite suitable for adults without kids , and quite small in general. But the worst part was the drinks and snacks , although the hotel offer only half-board reservations, but that is not an excuse for not providing any drinks or snacks but by the beach , and with limited selection against very high prices. Also, not providing any drinks of any kind during dinner , at least they could have provided water , but nothing was offered.

The hotel is very close to the beach! Children can take the fun train to the beach 。🏖️The beach is very long, the sand is very fine and there are no rocks. When the tide goes out, a huge area of ​​beach will be exposed, which is very suitable for children to play! We like the steak restaurant the most, the steak and garlic bread are very delicious! The room is very spacious and very suitable for families with children! We have been there many times, thanks to the hospitality of the staff, and we will go again!
