Facilities are wonderful. Swimming pools are fantastic, clean and assorted. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Beaches are really wide, clean and amazing. Foods are delicious. Parking is very wide and well organised. Room is so luxurious, TV has loaded movies groups of all genres.

Restaurants aren't prepared well for top rush times of the seasons, foods refill is slow and can't treat large numbers of guests. AC is mild and not cold enough, room refrigerator also is of poor performance. The same issue of restaurants applys for reception services, large ques of guests are lining up just for simple check in and out, I waited for 30 mins for my bags to be down for me after check out.

I liked mostly everything from the luxurious entrance experience, the room view, ALL the staff positive vibes and friendly attitude, they gave us the best experience that we deserve. One of my favorites is the beach! ⛱️ They got 3! Sandy beach and the direct pool lookalike access + swimming with the amazing colorful fish 🐠. We have seen dolphins 🐬 too! Special thanks to Ahmed Saeed the lovely housekeeping guy! We will come again for sure. One more thing, Breakfast is outstanding!

The restaurant mezza & grill "B Floor". I didn't like it. Because, the quality of food and the variety was different from the main restaurant "G Floor". Additionally, one of the staff asked us for a last order at 9:00 PM!! While we are having our dinner in an open buffet that should last until 10:00 PM. That's why the second day we headed to the main restaurant directly. One more thing. Please, you must have Egyptian soft drinks products like (V Cola, Spiro Spatis) as I am boycotting other brands.

-Very friendly and cheerful staff -Food is delicious (chiefs are cheerful and show care during meals) -Reception staff is very helpful and very good listeners -Concierge at the main door is very friendly during check-in and checkout -Pools are clean with plenty of spaces/chairs/shading even in busy days -Bonus teleferic trip was amazing. Best and longest trip ever for me (4.5KM length with 650M above sea level) -Staff at teleferic stations were super helpful, organized, and cheerful -Animation team is improving (thanks to Ibraheem and the DJ man "sorry I didn't know his name!") -Fire show was amazing! -The new area has somehow a closed beach with no rocks at all is amazing + pools for kids -Had some skin scratches from rocks in a wavy day and the beach guard has medical kit and was super helpful to me

-Kids area still needs some improvement (it is improved from last year but still could be better) -Restaurants are too busy in weekends (sometimes, we struggled to find a free table) -There should be an additional snacks or lunch included in the package at a reasonable cost as any extras are very expensive -The animation team apart from Ibraheem and the DJ man are not doing much effort to entertain the guests. One of them a young lady seems like she was forced to work in the team. She was inactive and barely smile or dance with the kids. She was just standing with the kids doing very slow movements and seemed carless about her job. This is not a personal opinion! All guests were whispering about her performance.

So much chlorine in pool, There is no variety in food, Fridge in room is not working well so you can't keep your medications in it, Staff in reception during check in and out are not professional

A special thank you to Rania from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always welcoming with a warm smile. She truly made me feel at home and ensured all my needs were met promptly. Also, a big thank you to Ahmed Saed from Housekeeping for his excellent work. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The beach is amazing even just to sit and look at the sea. The sea view with the big pool is very nice. The food is some what good. And they are taking Ramadan also in consideration for Iftar and suhoor. Even for non fasting guests they have normal breakfast hours. They were very collaborative as for the in room dinning or room service and reciption generally I like the hotel alot. Hopefully I can come back again.

We had to change one room as it had slight electrical faults. As one lamp was closing and turning on. Also the AC was very very poor. But luckily the weather outside was cold. And now the second room doesnt have hot water in the bathroom. But its very understandable as Ramadan is a low season and its low staff.

It was an exceptional stay, we loved it. The room was amazing, extremely spacious with a wonderful view. The food was exceptional. They master the egyptian cousin with a large variety, all very well made. Some of the dishes such as the Fatta, the Lamb shank and kofta were amazing. The breakfast was great, with every traditional egyptian dish. I loved seeing the senior kitchen staff at dinner maintaining oversight and quality of the buffet, they asked us about our experience with the food. The facilities and beach was great. Sandy beach and heated pool. The beach club area takes you a bit deeper in the water, avoiding any changes from the tide. They recommended wearing shoes in the beach, but I only went for a swim at the beach club area which was sandy. The only issue on the day was of jelly fish, we saw it in the water and the man on the beach was quick to get it out of the water with a net. From my experience jelly fish normally comes out at certain time of the year that spans for a few weeks, cant tell when would be the time to avoid. We went for a swim in the beach, but most of our time swimming was in the heated pool. It was a pleasant experience and we are definitely going back. Thanks for all the hard work by the hotel team, you must be proud to deliver such an outstanding service. This is my honest opinion as an Egyptian living abroad. I paid for my hotel stay and received the standard services.

The hotel is a recommended for a family & group vacations , warm & kindness staff looking to help & support the guest requests , house keeping team is friendly & supportive specially (Mohamed Nageh) Front desk staff / pool & beach team / F&B team they all are from the best i ever meet. Overall it was a great trip

Food need to be more option in the dinner buffet , a lot of Miskito & other vests, this issue need to be fixed by the greenery service team , animation team need to be more active with guests , activations during the stay wasn’t supper & need to be more

The whole check in experience was amazing with Ms Rania. Super helpful and nice lady. She offered a birthday celebration to my daughter directly when she knew it s her birthday. She gives 5 stars customer service to her guests and is indeed an added value to this Hotel. Thanks a lot Ms Rania you really made our stay super special ❤️❤️ Beside that the rooms are one of the biggest I have seen in any hotel, facilities are excellent and the beach is also very nice Food is also good and the hotel itself is luxurious. I wasn't expecting this quality, the hotel exceeded my expectations
