Everything since we arrived was excellent, we started by meeting Mr. Wael in the reception who facilitated our check in and gave us a complimentary extra bed for the kids to make our stay more comfortable… then we met the room service who ensured our room was perfect and that we are happy with it … the during dinner in the buffet waiter Bakar made sure that we have everything we need and that the kids were happy … pool staff shenoda was very attentive and nice as well …. Absolutely loved my weekend stay at Stella Di Mare Golf Hotel in Sokhna! From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway — but what truly made the stay memorable was the incredible staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was at the front desk, room service, or the restaurants, everyone treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism, creating a truly comforting and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the entire weekend. I’d especially like to highlight Wael Mounir, who was absolutely outstanding. Wael was not only helpful, but genuinely caring and proactive in making sure every detail of our stay was smooth and pleasant. From check-in to special requests, he handled everything with patience, grace, and efficiency. His friendly attitude and deep knowledge of the hotel’s services made a huge difference. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to guest satisfaction, and Wael truly exemplified the highest standard of hospitality. Thank you, Wael, for making our weekend so special — we’ll definitely be back

Maybe a bit old

The place, the cozy, very clean and quiet room with beautiful lights, Diner tasty and of very good quality. The service was excellent, in particular Mr. Waeel at the reception, and Mr Ali Hassan in the restaurant.

The juice at breakfast was instant powder juice, which is not adequate for a five star hotel. The barbecue fire at diner was too strong, so you got your meat either burned or half- raw. There were plastic cups for water in the restaurant, which is in contradiction to the statement made in the room : "Help to preserve the planet..."

My husband and I had an incredible stay celebrating our birthdays (we share the same day!). The hotel is located in a beautiful compound, and we loved spending our days exploring the gardens, enjoying the winter sun, and taking peaceful walks around the hotel’s huge, serene golf course. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. They decorated our suite with flowers and balloons, which was already such a thoughtful touch. But they truly outdid themselves during dinner, where the kitchen staff surprised us with a gorgeous birthday cake while singing “Happy Birthday.” The restaurant also had a performer who was there every evening, singing amazing oldies and creating such a warm and lively atmosphere. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all staff members, from the bellman, kitchen staff, housekeeping, front desk, and the wonderful Italian lady who runs the hotel. She always greeted us with a smile and made sure to see if every guest was satisfied with their stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and outside the restaurant, there were fun games like table football and ping pong to enjoy. This trip was the perfect escape from Cairo’s hustle. It was relaxing, beautiful, and filled with thoughtful touches.

Everything was excellent - the service, staff, food quality, and guest satisfaction level.

They only start heating the pool at the beginning of December. The room furniture is a bit old, but it's sturdy and comfortable. The food variety is limited, but the quality is high.

The pool is perfectly heated , the team is friendly and extremely helpful. The receptionist is very nice as well they gave us free room upgrade and the golf car is always available to take you to the sister resort for accessing the beach and the other facilities there

The FOOD is really bad and I'm not picky at food at all but I believe that the quality of the food can be better

Exceptional Everything was perfect under the supervision of the hotel manager, Isabelle, who was welcoming all her guests She was working so hard to fulfill all her guests needs. She was always there to help with a beautiful smile and was backed up by a very professional team . Special thanks goes to the front office team Wael, Girgis and Bishoy who, were very keen to let us enjoy our stay. The golf cart driver, Ameer, was very polite and punctual. The voice of Rose the singer was amazing. We would love to enjoy coming back again.

Meals were excellent especially the evening dinner barbeques.

Noisy neighbours. The hotel had many rooms available but chose to put families next door to each other. One Egyptian family next to a European family. The lifestyles and sleep patterns are different and we were woken by late night conversations and playing (children) at 12am.
