This is our forth stay at this hotel. The hotel is welcoming, friendly! You get to meet so many different types of guests from around the world. The hotel is only 1.5 hours from Cairo, easy to get to. The place is spotless, there is always people cleaning and tending to the gardens etc. The breakfast and dinner has a wide variety for all, and lunch at the swim up bar is great! I recommend highly the staff and people who work here! Ibrahim, Amr and Kamal at the pool bar. Waheed and his lifeguard team! The cleaners and waiters and reception staff. They remember you are a returning guest, they treat you like family. For me this hotel is like going home and like I’ve never left.

Kindly provide drinks on dinner meals buffet

Overall, my stay was good and I really enjoyed the newly renovated rooms – they were perfect. (Attached)

It's my first time staying in a 5-star hotel on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner buffet), and to my surprise, the dinner buffet did not include ANY DRINKS other than water. If you want anything beyond plain water, you are charged extra, which felt unreasonable and very disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In my opinion, this policy takes away from the 5-star experience and feels more like cost-cutting than true hospitality. also , the hotel was a bit dark at night (Attached)

The food was amazing! The pool was so cold and not heated we didn't enjoy it at all!

Nigh life was dull. The pool was not heated. No games on the beach.

Beach was clean, room was renovated, large TV screen, free very good WiFi coverage in the room and at the beach, beds were comfy but not sure why they checked us in double beds room, breakfast and dinner buffet food was very good, staff was responsive and helpful although it took me making another call after several hours to get slippers delivered to our room. Moustafa at reception was polite and helpful, HK was very good and not annoying like in other places, three bein sports channels available in TV channels list which was awesome.

Pizza at Elgezirah restaurant was so bad, staff there was not attentive, grouping, chatting, also in the buffet restaurant, quality of all TV channels was lowered than SD, DJ at the beach was so annoying, playing old classic songs at 1 pm, not pausing at prayer times, animation team is weak, not funny, lack social intelligence, too casual, bathroom is far from the beach, this was the worst thing, they should seriously consider building one next to the beach. Slippers and bathrobes should be preset in the room.

I would like to thank all the people that are working here to make this place such a unforgettable experience starting from All the reception service people All the animation team Amr - mariam - bedo and all of the rest they are so friendly and making this experience better and better I would also like to thank all of the room services specially maher el dabaa he is a really great person and so kind making the room so clean and neat And i wont forget the chefs who were responsible for the incredible food whether it was breakfast or lunch I would like to thank them again for this beautiful stay and inshallah we will repeat it soon

Absolutely amazing place, staff are so friendly! When we arrived everyone waved, remembered us as this is the third time we have arrived. Amr, Ammar and Ibrahim at the pool are both friendly, accommodating to all nationalities and ages. Ibrahim is my favourite and makes the most delicious chocolate milkshake and has world class customer service. Chef Mohammed Salah made me Toumaya as it’s my favourite, this was only because they heard it’s my favourite so he went out of the way to make me. Nader in the Zen bar makes the most amazing Cinderella/ Arizona sunset non alcoholic cocktail tails. Chef Islam makes the only calamari i eat, which was tender and like chicken. Mr Waheed on the beach and pool is so friendly! I felt like a VIP welcome. We were half board food was amazing! So much variety and restaurant onsite for any lunch great options at brill at prices. We saw dolphins daily in the sea it was truly magical. We shall be coming back every year as it feels like home.

- The location is exceptional , the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and decent. -The restaurant and the pool bar staff offering an excellent service. _The reception team were very helpful too and working all the time to meet the guest demand -The pool was very clean - the sea ♥️♥️

-The rooms and bathrooms needs maintenance . The food quality were not as expected and it’s not like before , however the chefs were very decent and cheerful . - the variety of food

The hotel is very good in general, but make sure you get one of the renovated rooms upon check in. I was booked in one of the old rooms at first, but Mr Wageeh (room service manager) was a great help when he transferred me to a renovated room in which I truly enjoyed the rest of my stay. Special thanks to Mr Wageeh and Mohamed Salah for taking my notes into consideration and rectifying the situation immediately. It made a huge difference in my stay. Food (buffet) is excellent, variety of fresh food and very well presented. Make sure you get a half board during your stay. Dinner buffet was amazing. Location is superb and the animation activities at night are really fun :) Regarding room service, Mohamed Salah is an absolutely nice and helpful person. He took personal care of cleaning my room. He is very friendly & dedicated. Thank you محمد صلاح for your help, morning smiles and taking good care of my room. Highly recommended.
