Kindly provide drinks on dinner meals buffet

The food was amazing! The pool was so cold and not heated we didn't enjoy it at all!

Nigh life was dull. The pool was not heated. No games on the beach.

Absolutely amazing place, staff are so friendly! When we arrived everyone waved, remembered us as this is the third time we have arrived. Amr, Ammar and Ibrahim at the pool are both friendly, accommodating to all nationalities and ages. Ibrahim is my favourite and makes the most delicious chocolate milkshake and has world class customer service. Chef Mohammed Salah made me Toumaya as it’s my favourite, this was only because they heard it’s my favourite so he went out of the way to make me. Nader in the Zen bar makes the most amazing Cinderella/ Arizona sunset non alcoholic cocktail tails. Chef Islam makes the only calamari i eat, which was tender and like chicken. Mr Waheed on the beach and pool is so friendly! I felt like a VIP welcome. We were half board food was amazing! So much variety and restaurant onsite for any lunch great options at brill at prices. We saw dolphins daily in the sea it was truly magical. We shall be coming back every year as it feels like home.

My sister and I visited Egypt in April and stayed at this hotel during our trip. We were very impressed by the high standard of cleanliness at the hotel. Our room and hotel area was always spotless, and the staff made a fantastic effort to ensure that we felt welcome. The staff's attention to detail, especially in their towel folding skills, was exceptional and left us pleasantly surprised every day. Their creativity in this aspect exceeded our expectations, and we haven't encountered such a high standard at other hotels before. Moreover, my sister had the opportunity to receive treatment for shoulder pain from the qualified masseur at the hotel. His professional approach and good technique were evident during the massage session. The massage provided significant relief. It was clear that he was highly skilled and experienced in therapeutic massage techniques. Tthe presence of a fountain outside our room added a charming touch, and the soothing sound of water further enhanced the tranquil ambiance. We truly enjoyed the relaxation. Overall, our experience at this hotel was a positive one, and we would definitely consider returning if we visit Egypt again.

The hotel is very good in general, but make sure you get one of the renovated rooms upon check in. I was booked in one of the old rooms at first, but Mr Wageeh (room service manager) was a great help when he transferred me to a renovated room in which I truly enjoyed the rest of my stay. Special thanks to Mr Wageeh and Mohamed Salah for taking my notes into consideration and rectifying the situation immediately. It made a huge difference in my stay. Food (buffet) is excellent, variety of fresh food and very well presented. Make sure you get a half board during your stay. Dinner buffet was amazing. Location is superb and the animation activities at night are really fun :) Regarding room service, Mohamed Salah is an absolutely nice and helpful person. He took personal care of cleaning my room. He is very friendly & dedicated. Thank you محمد صلاح for your help, morning smiles and taking good care of my room. Highly recommended.

Just at first that I was booked at an old room, but then the room service manager took immediate action

I stayed 5 nights as a solo guest. It was overall a very good experience and I enjoyed my stay. The view on the beach is awesome, and when on the beach or on the swimming pool, you can see the mountains on the opposite side of the hotel that give a glamorous view. The food was awesome, especially the breakfast. For dinner, it is a bit mixed. Not all the grills were great. The charged restaurants around are very clean and serve tasty desserts and drinks The staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa was really good and very clean Overall, it is a good place for both solo guests and families

The negative points could be that the beach and the swimming are not big enough if you stay on holiday periods with lots of guests around with kids. Some parts of my room, like the dressing, need some maintenance.

The staff was friendly and professional, they even offered us the room before the check-in time with almost 2 hours since we've arrived early. I asked them for a medication at midnight and it was available in the hotel's clinic and they delivered it to my room just in a few minutes. The food was good as well, i liked it ! The wifi coverage was all over the hotel which is something rare to see.

They need to set a good place and clear big screen for watching the important football matches and the swimming pool was kinda small and unfortunately not heated.

We had a great time at Mövenpick El Sokhna. The resort is clean, relaxing, with delicious food and friendly staff. A special thanks to Ibrahim from reception, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. He prepared our room in a very short time, made sure everything was perfect, and kept checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He even surprised us with a fruit dish as a kind gesture, which we truly appreciated.
