The view to the pyramids and Sphinx is just amazing. Sitting on the roof terrace, watching the sun set behind the pyramids was a memory we won't ever forget! Being so close also meant we didn't spend long in the morning traffic on our trips, so we often beat the crowds (tour guide told us people who stay in Cairo town often spend an hour in traffic!) Staff always on hand to do what ever they could to make us happy, Ali Baba spoke the most English and was particularly helpful all the time! He even sorted us out with a last minute trip on our final day, timing everything in so we could get back in time for our flight home. Food was great, so we never needed to go out looking for restaurant options. We had a family room, 2 king size beds, table and chairs, fridge, kettle, towels, slippers, gown, toiletries etc there wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have, and constant supply of free bottled water throughout our stay.

All points are not really specific to the hotel, but more reflective of the area, which is different from standards we may be used to in England. While it was clean and comfy, it was not new or 'posh'. We did not venture from the hotel alone as we were advised that this may not be safe. The hotel has a lot of steps, so not accessible for people with limited mobility (but nowhere we went was!)

The staff were nice. The lady at the front desk was honest, friendly and the restaurant team were also the same. The location. 3 minute walk to giza pyramid entrance. Hotel was very clean.

It is hard to get uber as hotel in inside giza barrier and taxi/uber cannot get in. You have to walk to busy area, but only 5 minutes walk. The uber drivers all have scams ready. When going to museum, they say road is closed , and costs $10 USD to drive around.... The giza area near entrance is full of people scamming, be careful...but, this is not a poor reflection on the hotel... it is just the area, the people.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was well-organized and stress-free. The airport pickup was smooth and on time, and the tours were perfectly arranged. We had an unforgettable time exploring the pyramids, Cairo, and Fayoum, with knowledgeable guides who made history come alive. Every driver was punctual, and the vehicle was comfortable, making our travels easy and enjoyable. Communication was excellent, with all details clarified upfront, ensuring no surprises. Highly recommend booking with them if you want a hassle-free, authentic Egyptian experience. We will definitely return!

The location could not be better…you feel like you could touch the pyramids from the roof top bar! The pool and sauna facilities were excellent. The restaurant serves very good food, and while they don’t serve alcohol, you can bring your own or order in the drinkies app. The hotel manager Mohammad was amazing and completely trustworthy. Breakfast is amazing and plenty of choice. I would recommend this hotel.

The bed mattresses were a bit hard, but not uncomfortable. Check prices in the restaurant first, especially if buying alcohol. I think we were overcharged by the restaurant manager Ali on our first night.

Hello everyone I want to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay, I stayed in the executive suites, I loved them, they are new, beautiful and very modern. Ask for Andrea, she will give you the best attention and help you with everything during your stay. Here are some reasons why I recommend it: Comfortable Rooms My room was the executive one, very spacious, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. Spectacular Views: I had an incredible view from my balcony towards the pyramids and the terrace with the best views was ideal to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Perfect Location: the hotel is located in a quiet area, it is the closest to the pyramids. The staff: were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any request, especially Andrea, we will always remember her fondly. Breakfast was quite complete, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options, it was perfect to start the day.

It certainly exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy it, you will love it

Amazing view fantastic Terrace and made to feel at home, I would definitely recommend. We booked 2 tours and a quad bike safari with the hotel and also the airport transfers and it was all really well organised and the Tours with Sami helped us beat the ques and because if that we managed to fit in more then we.could have done on our own he was also invaluable at arranging purchases and even a vidafone sim card and made sure we got better deals then I could have negotiated myself. The hotel is in a great location to visit Giza and for tour pick ups. Its also quiet and away from the busy streets. The rooms are modern, large and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic but sufficient for what you need. The roof top pool has great views and nice to cool off in and the roof top dining area has incredible views including of the light show on the evenings these are on.

No drinking water is provided in the rooms, No toilet paper in the bathrooms.. The pillows are like rocks ha,ha.

The hotel is fanstastic, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the bathroom was good as well. The hotel is near the pyramids, you can either go on foot there or ask the hotel personel to help you get there. The hotel staff helped us with every single detail, ordering an uber, they went with us to the shops and even arranged for us a tour. We recommend tours with a tour gide Sami(we hope we wrote his name correctly) in Giza and Alexandria. An awesome experience

We really had a wonderful time at Pyramids Heights in Cairo! We were spoiled by the staff in many ways and we are so grateful for their kindness, warm hospitality and generosity! The hotel room was really large and had every comfort and it was very clean. We were provided with every comfort plus slippers, clean towels, body soap, hair drier. The room also had air conditioning which was really nice in summer nights, a fridge which was filled with fresh water by the hotel. Super! The hotel also has a roof terrace which is beautiful, with a lovely sight of pyramids and sits and tables where you can relax and admire beautiful sunsets. The staff is always there to help and we were treated with fresh mango juices, so delicious! The terrace also offers pools where we enjoyed swimming and my child was absolutely delighted with it. We had dinner at the hotel. They have a nice menu with local and international cuisine with good prices, and we felt really at home eating in the terrace at night. We also had plenty of breakfast, which is an international buffet We loved listening to the prayers every night, it was very spiritual experience . On the last day, the owner treated us with local sweets to say goodbye and we felt he valued us as guests so much. The guys working there are amazing they are friendly and helpful in so many ways! Music was always there to relax. We cannot thank you enough this wonderful team for making us feel at home and we had the best holiday ever ! Excellent Service by the Management/their staff.Very friendly ,polite and helpful team!!The rooms had tv/hot drinks/ and all facilities…very clean rooms.The breakfast was very delicious and the rooftop area was very enjoyable and relaxing .The view of pyramids from Rooftop was excellent-no matter whether it is day or night…it was just brilliant!!This hotel was just too good! Hotel location is very near to shops/restaurants and good area for walks !😁
