The hotel is fanstastic, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the bathroom was good as well. The hotel is near the pyramids, you can either go on foot there or ask the hotel personel to help you get there. The hotel staff helped us with every single detail, ordering an uber, they went with us to the shops and even arranged for us a tour. We recommend tours with a tour gide Sami(we hope we wrote his name correctly) in Giza and Alexandria. An awesome experience

I have never felt so comfortable in a hotel in my life, I'm talking about the feeling of feeling at home. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help, from ordering transport to accompanying you shopping and buying food. About the room: it's very clean and tidy, air conditioning and shower work perfectly, the mattress is great and the fridge was in great condition as well. The wifi is fast and works well. About the facilities: There is no room service, but the staff is always willing to deliver whatever you need. The terrace has a nice view of the pyramids, they have a small but clean pool too. Breakfast is not a buffet but it's quite varied and you can eat as much as you like. The hotel staff communicates with you via WhatsApp if you want, which was great for me. They also book tours and transfers to wherever you need and in the way you prefer (in the case of tours, you can choose what you prefer to do). I've been to more than 100 hotels in my life and none came close to the cost benefit of this one. A solid 10/10 for what I paid.

I didn't see anything negative about this stay. Looks like they are renovating the first floor and improving the service (compared to some reviews I read before booking).

The great pyramids and sphinx provide everything you need and are very affordable. The staff are extremely accommodating and cater to all your needs. The Manager Mr. Mostafa is very kind and Professional towards his Guest, He wants to make his Guest gets the best and Mr. Mostafa is more like a good friend and all his staff. About The place is very clean and new building, the Rooms are all a good size with great pyramids views right at the doorsteps, the food & drink was very good excellent. It is a highly recommended experience. I would recommend to any Foreigners from all over the world to come here and explore the true Cairo views of Pyramids at from the room window step and most importantly the environment and the location is very safe to walk around the great pyramids and sphinx. foreigners. Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and very nice. It had everything I needed. There is a rooftop terrace where you can have a nice (included) breakfast or maybe something to drink at night, while looking at the Pyramids.. a unique experience. One of the reasons I also stayed here was because the location is fantastic. It's right next to second entrance of the Giza plateau (you enter at the Sphinx). It's like a two minutes walk. Another great thing was the owner Mohamed. Whenever I had a question, he would have an answer for me very quickly. He helped me with whatever I needed. He arranged rides for me from/to the airport and to the Pyramids of Dashur and Saqqara. All for a great price. I even got a discount. In short, Mohamed made my stay in Giza perfect and very enjoyable!

The hotel might be a bit hard to find if you go there by yourself. For me it was no problem, because I arranged transport with the hotel. Just be aware.

Amazing view from the rooftop. Rooms are nice and big and have a refrigerator. Staff is really friendly and helpful and they do their best to keep you happy. Price is cheap for what you get.

We arrived about 4am in the morning after a long night of travel, and our room wasn't made up so they placed us in one with a leaking aircon so one bed was wet. Luckily the beds were big enough to sleep 2 people no problem. Next day before we could even ask, they changed us to a better room with a pyramid view (we did not book pyramid view so this was really good service).

Location of this place is a big plus. One can literally sit on the roof top terrace and enjoy the view of the Pyramids all day long. Just few minutes away from the entrance gate to Giza Pyramids and other places like cafe, supermarket, restaurants. All Staff members hospitality is exceptional. They also provide Pick up and Drop Off to the Airport, with other services such as Tours and excursions, laundry, room cleaning etc. Would definitely recommend to stay here and enjoy the view of the pyramids and enjoy the hospitality of the staff. This is going to be my go to place for lodging whenever coming to Giza, Egypt.

View is Amazing. 2-minute walk to the front gate for the pyramids. Spacious room with comfortable bed with A/C Good shower. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Went during Ramadan, everything is completely fine for non Muslims. Recommend: Phone sim card from the airport 200 EP Ask for hotel transfers from airport and use Uber app on other occasions.

Happy with everything, no complaints. Please understand and be forgiving of the culture and the economic situation of egypt and the way things are done. Nothing in egypt is done in a hurry, everyone is trying to put food on the table, and the people .. are wonderful!

We really enjoyed our time here! Everything was set up wonderfully. The hotel staff were very helpful and on top of everything. Mohamed wrote me personally and made sure to have everything set up and ready to go for us, like tours, airport transport, etc. Adham was very helpful and accommodating to us during our stay as well. They set up tours for us for two days and both days we had Sammy as our tour guide, who was absolutely phenomenal and quickly became a good friend. We also had Tarek as our driver, who got us everywhere we needed to go safely and quickly and was an absolutely wonderful person. We really enjoyed our time with both of them. They made Egypt feel like home. It was such a happy accident to find this place. I would HIGHLY recommend it! Thank you guys for everything.

We liked absolutely everything. Room is big, in the bathroom there is a cabin shower, hot water is available all the time. The breakfast was amazing. It starts at 8.00 and they serve delicious things: freshly made omelettes, falafels, fruit, cheese etc. It is really difficult to eat all of these :). The location is fantastic: about 200 metres from the entrance to the pyramids. The staff is great and very helpful. They organised for us a transfer to Alexandria for a good price. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends!!!

Staff amazing, since before the arrival Mohamed fayed helped us organise everything - tour of Gyza included. Once we arrived we got a welcome breakfast and we were able to check in early because the room was ready! They even offered us room service when we did not feel like going out. The breakfast & shisha in the evening in front of the pyramids was stunning!! Sami gave us the tour, it was super fun! He knew everybody around and it was really fast! if you decide to go with him, just ask him to slow down 😂
