Wifi was not reliable. It kept disconnecting and sometimes not working at all. I reported the same and thy tried to fix but couldn't.

the hotel was extremely clean, all furniture were modern and new. The location is good very close to the pyramids and the motor way to downtown was near the hotel. Room had kettle and tv.

The hallway light was bright at night which was a bit annoying , I hope they could be solved or either block the light coming in from under the door or turn off the bright light at night time. staff were helpful but need more training on being professional and treating all residents the same regardless of where they’re from as noticed certain residents from different backgrounds were more welcomed than others.

The hotel was nice ok location but it's the niceness building on the street. The buildings around the hotel was run down or unfinished building. The room 210 was big and nice it has a fridge tv also the bed was hard so it's not comfortable but it's ok. The rooftop is the best place to eat and chill there a outside and inside siting area. Food was good I love the smoothie I had it every morning. The view of the pyramids was nice. Oh I forgot tell you that the power plug is universal so can use USA plugs for your electronic devices. You can also exchange your money at the hotel for a fee it's better to do it there because it's safer and they can explain the money to you. The breakfast was ok there was opinion to choose from they serve the same food every morning. You are better off going upstairs to rooftop or somewhere else to order food. There a gas station across the street you can buy drinks and snacks. Also the stuff was nice and friendly great customer service very helpful. (Do not get tour from the airport or taxi they over charge download Uber app it's a lot cheaper) one more thing get viator app to book your tours. Also visit the mall in Cairo and in the city called six of October you can always ask the front counter for the name of the malls

The staff is very hospitable, so nice people. The quality of the room is quite okay with a very clean bathroom. My room also had a very big balcony. The breakfast is good, it was like in any other hotel in Egypt.

The location.. The hotel is located next to a very busy road. Because of that, it was hard for me to sleep because of the noise pollution. The hotel is in the suburb of Giza, the red metro line is so far away, there is no taxies nearby, so you have to use Careem or Uber to get to the sightseeings / city centre.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Pyramids Oasis Hotel, right by the pyramids. I enjoyed my stay so much and was being attended by kind, friendly, and professional staff. My special thanks to Ashraf, who’s now a friend more than a manager of the property, Chef Ahmed for his lush dishes, and all the staff. The room was very tidy and clean. There were a different variety of dishes during breakfast, which is appreciated. The roof with a view of the pyramids is a plus. It was a great experience for me, and I look forward to seeing you again.

Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel , the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect accommodation with your family .

The property is beautiful, the view form the rooftop restaurant is gorgeous. All the staff are so lovely and helpful, especially Tamer, Achraf and the gentleman on the rooftop bar in the evenings. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay, the hotel is clean and housekeeping are lovely, appreciated the freshwater everyday for no additional charges. The tours on offer at the hotel were incredible, huge recommendations for Moses and Norhan. They have incredible knowledge and make you feel so welcome, they were super helpful and provided excellent tours with a personalised experience and memories we will cherish. The hotel tour prices did not include the entry price of the attractions these were not huge additional fees but just something to bear in mind. I would absolutely come back to this hotel and would recommend to everyone, taxis are needed to get into Cairo but the hotel can arrange this and with the tours this was no concern of ours as we were able to see everything on our tours.

It was a very enjoyable stay..Merwan was the greatest working in the reception. Very helpful and positive. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable. Ahmed was a great help also.. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We did up grade to one of their suites and were very satisfied. Overall the stay was great. Breakfast was very good, with an excellent variety to choose from.. we were planning on staying there for one night , we changed our minds and stayed another day. We have made it our home away from home.. I forgot to add that the view from the terrace was awesome.
