Excellent hotel and staff were lovely, polite, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay in this hotel. We have had the misfortune to book another hotel for our Cairo holiday but it was the worst hotel and we checked out after few hours. We booked this hotel and staff were kind enough to let us check in at 10 am and offered us free breakfast. Normally, check in times are after 12pm or 15pm but the reception staff were exceptional especially Muhammad. We stayed a total of 4 nights and it was worth each penny. Every morning the breakfast buffet was served between 7am to 10 am. Breakfast was not luxurious but we are not complaining since their prices were reasonably cheap. The rooftop restaurant offeres stunning views of Pyramids and you can view the city from here. A contingent of female staff clean your room each day and provide you with water, refill the tea/coffee basket, fresh towels and bedding can be changed if you ask them. Overall, brilliant experience and definitely recommend for people who are looking for decent holiday accommodation on a reasonable price.

Its not a negative feedback or usual moaning hahah but i have to be fair in my review. Rooms needs to be soundproof and management needs to strictly impose the no smoking policy in rooms. I am allegic to smoke and could smell cigarette smoke on one occasion but my Mrs didn't notice anything. May be I'm extremely sensitive to smoke. Hotel is situated on the main road and you can hear the blaring horns of the vehicles 24/7. Just these couple of points but their good customer services outweighs any negative feedback. 😀

I stayed for two nights with my family and the hotel staff were excellent. They sent a car to pick us up. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was decent. One thing that disturbed is mosquito bites. They need to do something to eliminate this annoying problem. The GM of the hotel was very friendly and customer centric. He had a good conversation with us the day we were leaving.

Breakfast is healthy and delicious!The restaurant menu was delicious, although there was a service charge.The room was clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day .Pyramid view is a plague The location was also very good! !The price was reasonable and I had a great experience.Also, the staff were very courteous, carrying my luggage and even seeing me off by taxi.It was a warm and wonderful experience.This is a recommended hotel!

Friendly staff nice roof top terrace. quiet area not far from pyramids old entrance site . Room good size Good value for money. Breakfast could be better but the view compensates!

It was such a nice place. The staff were friendly and allowed us to eat breakfast the day we checked in. I had no choice since I had reserved the remaining room, but I was satisfied because it was good for just sleeping and touring and the rooftop was nice anyway. He was friendly until the end.

Clean and nice hotel in front of the pyramids..... Awesome view from the roof (or even from the room if you pay for a room with views), including the night show! Very welcoming and gentle staf. Breakfast include is basic but enough for starting the day. Really recomended.

Since we arrive tell the time for our check out the staff really took good care of us and I promised them with good review .....the pyramids view from the terrace was amazing too ...very thankful for all staff members for the help and assistance.

Best view of the Sphinx from our room of any of the dozens of "pyramid" hotels. Very helpful staff went out of their way to be pleasant. Decent terrace restaurant to watch the light show.
