Some staff were friendly. The house keeping was great. I just have some comments I hope u consider them in my other point.

When I left the front desk employee treated me in a bad way which is I didn't like I was in hurry because I wanted to catch my flight and there was a long line. I just wanted to check out I already paid for my room so I left the room key on the desk he yelled at me and was very rude. Also when I wanted to extend another day the other employee wasn't so helpful she told me there was a discount but she didn't give it to me so please for next time teach your employees good manners and how to treat customers to make them stay not leave! Thank you.

I would like to thank those ladies and gentlemen at the reception for their efforts especially Sister Hidy هايدي as well as the others. My great thanks and appreciation to them all. Merci beaucoup. Also the lady at the restaurant who receives the orders.

The location. I also like the dated feeling of the furniture and building.

'Nile view' was a side view. There's no bidet or water hose for the toilet. Issue with overall cleanliness.

All facilities are provided as mentioned. The room is sound proof. House keeping is amazing. Water is found in all rooms.

There was a "deposit" about 30$ per night which was not mentioned during the booking on booking.com

The staff and security. They are not allowing my friends to go in my room in daytime as if we're gonna trash the room. But you can see them allowing guests for the other nationals, surely these people they are letting up prostitutes but they get extra tips so they allow them!

Location is very good with an amazing Nile view

They messed up with our reservation made by booking.com. Eventually I had to call international number for booking.com to resolve the same and it almost cost me $70 on international roaming. Another issue is that the elevators are under maintenance hence it takes long time for it to arrrive.

The Nile view was incredible. The property is close to the Egyptian Museum. The staff was personable and attentive. Comfortable beds, fresh linens. Room was clean. Crabtree and Evelyn bath products were a plus. Easy to get taxis/Uber. The Indian restaurant on-site was very good!

The elevators were overcrowded and slow most of the time (not all were operating), too many people piling in. Hotel could use a refresh (carpets worn/stained, room furnishings a bit shabby). Breakfast was average, food ok but service was slow and inattentive. Location was good for the view but on a very busy corner intersection that was difficult to cross. Not easily walkable. No hair dryer in the bathroom.

The breakfast can have better options of Humos but it was not too bad. I didn't like that the fridge in side the room was not meant to make things cold per the staff who came to the room !! Bed was hard , not soft

The breakfast is by far the best breakfast ever. The pool is nice, and the service is in general very good.

The whole hotel is very old and need renovation. We arrived 2 hours earlier and asked if we could check-in, they say the room was gonna be ready in 45 minutes, but it was never ready and we had to wait 2 hour eitherway.
