The restaurants and bars offered a delightful atmosphere with beautifully curated interior design that added to the overall charm of the stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, with special thanks to our housekeeper Karima who kept our room clean and comfortable, as well as the dedicated teams at the bars and restaurants who made us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s taxi services were efficient and reliable—Hossam, in particular, was incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. The swimming pool was a pleasant and relaxing escape. If we’re ever going back to Cairo, we will happily stay there again.

An umbrella on the 3rd-floor balcony would be a great addition, as there was very little shade during the day. Cushions on the balcony furniture would also make the seating much more comfortable and inviting.

A great location for visiting the pyramids (just 20 minutes away) - and rooms with 'pyramid view' really do have a spectacular view of the Giza pyramids.

Other than being handy to both see and visit the pyramids - the hotel is not located near anything else (though this will change when the amazing looking new museum finally opens). There is nowhere to walk to or wander around. Food options are very limited. A buffet each evening - but with limited options, a bar menu, and that's about it. The travel desk was extortionate. For example - wanted US$100 to take us to the Cairo Museum and Coptic Museum - compared to the less than US$10 we actually paid Uber drivers to take us ...

The hotel is quite nice. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the bellhop who took our luggage without question. The front desk was able to accommodate our needs despite being there several hours before actual check-in time. Overall, the hotel is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and ours had balconies in which we could see the pyramids from them.

Electricity and the AC in the rooms will not turn on unless you put the room key in the electrical slot next to the door. This means that if you are gone most of the day (like we were) the rooms will be hot upon arrival. Took quite a while for the room to cool down. We were told that the pool closes at sunset (which at the time we were there was between 8:00 and 8:30PM). That was not the case, as when we went down to take a dip, we saw a sign saying the pool closed at 7PM (we arrived at 7:05PM).

We stayed at this hotel for just one night before our drive to Alexandria, and it was absolutely perfect for the purpose of our trip. The highlight? Being able to see the pyramids from the comfort of our room — an unforgettable experience! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. We slept really well and woke up to that view — it honestly felt surreal. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with a great variety of traditional Egyptian dishes alongside more continental options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They struck the right balance — helpful and attentive without ever being overbearing. I especially appreciated the guest services team reaching out to me via WhatsApp before our stay. It made everything feel smooth and personal.

The only (very minor) issue was that the room phone didn’t work — but I’m sure if I had mentioned it, it would have been sorted quickly. All in all, an excellent stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable base near the pyramids,

The hotel was great the staff maid the stay specifically front of house , the dinning team who always had a smile and were helpful , the chefs also came out and had a smile and the food was very good everyday with a great selection including from around the Middle East. The pool side rooms had an impressive Pyramids view . The pool was always kept clean and rooms were always well stocked with water each day and the fridge in room was good also .

I booked this hotel because I attended a powerlifting World Cup competition and didn’t find any problems with the venue.

A spacious room with a balcony and great views to the pool and the pyramids. It was lovely watching the sunrise and sit outside in the evenings admiring the view. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Special mention to Carima and Ahmed from the housekeeping team who made a special effort to make our room lovely and comfortable.

They could do with a coffee machine in the breakfast area so that we could help ourselves as sometimes we were waiting a while until someone served us coffee or tea.

It’s really close to the pyramids which are our only intention in Cairo so super convenient. We were super excited to see the pyramids from the balcony! Staff is friendly and helpful It’s quiet at night which we only realised and appreciated when we stayed at a different hotel (same area) that Cairo can be pretty loud at night.

It’s right opposite to the Grand Egyptian museum but we had a difficult time catching Uber since they have to drive all the way down to the roundabout to get to the other side of the road (you can’t walk to the museum it’s highway)
