Loved the whole vibe of the hotel, very modern and beautifully designed. Four pools, lovely restaurant sun beds and parasols everywhere. Rooms fully equipped with microwave, hob, sink, washing machine. 24/7 mini mart on the premises and five minute walk to a larger convenience store. Staff were fantastic.

Only negative I would give is that the area has very poor signal and wifi provided is not great, i can live without internet but it made it difficult to arrange Ubers for yourself if the hotel taxi wasn’t available you might have a little wait but the staff were super helpful and would call an uber for you. I guess it’s just the independence of being able to do it yourself!

Enjoyable and memorable The resort is an oasis in the desert with a modern landscape and tropical plants that are rare in Egypt. At check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Ali, the reception manager. Housekeeping people are very creative, and the towel job is amazing. The ambience, service and food at the restaurant are above and beyond. Shrimp salad and grilled salmon are an absolute masterpiece! The studio had a comfy bed and pillows, a full kitchen and a washing machine, all brand new. Smart TV with Netflix, and high-speed Internet inside the room. To be fair, we never had these services even in the fanciest 5-star hotels in Egypt.

We were sad to leave the Imperial resort, and we will come back very soon.

We stayed at this hotel for two days and had a fantastic experience! The property is very modern, stylish, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty and well-prepared dishes. The staff was absolutely always friendly, helpful, and professional. They also offered us some great excursions, which were well organized and lots of fun. The two swimming pools are beautiful, perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was clean and well cared for. It was a short stay, but truly enjoyable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and quality!

Great location! Only 7 minutes drive to the gates of El Gouna Marina, where there is lots to do. Moods beach was a lovely spot to spend the day, whilst looking at the yachts across the marina. El Gouna downtown was also a great place to have a meal and drink. The opposite direction has ARENA BEACH CLUB, which is 5 minutes drive away. Another great place to spend the day! We used the hotel taxi and UBER which were both cheap. The hotel is lovely and peaceful and a great place to relax.

The hotel is nice, it’s adopted a more airbnb vibe but still maintains a hotel feel. There’s a kitchenette and a washing machine in the room but there’s also a restaurant and bar on the property so it gives you the option to choose if you want to cook or eat out. My husband and I really enjoyed that flexibility. When we needed the room cleaned or the linens/towels changed we just asked reception and we came back to a spotless room. Ahmed at the reception was very helpful and polite! Overall a good experience and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful location with excellent views. Rooftop pool and bar, cute kitchenette. The minimart at the hotel is well stocked for immediate needs. Nabila and the gentleman at the reception were helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect for a getaway.

I had a great stay at Imperial Resort Hurghada. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was excellent. However, one thing to consider is the location — the hotel is a bit far from the main city area and feels somewhat isolated, with not many other hotels or buildings nearby. Other than that, the resort is well-deserving of a 5-star rating. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Actually it was one of the best hotels i booked so far in Egypt, after i lived here one year. It was very quiet with seaview, the rooms where clean, new, modern, the pools great and the restaurant very good. There is also a small shop which has everything you need.

Just some small things could be better. 1. the reception needs training in english, the communication wasnt good and its the first impression when u enter the hotel. They are also working 24 hours, everyone needs some rest. 2. The restaurant was good, but always some surprises (like rice on a toast), would be better to have some pictures in the menue. 3. I woke up as there was a dog inside the hotel, barking in the middle of the night. 4. There is no spa (sauna and jacuzzi) and no shuttle to gouna, i though i read it somewhere and the spa was mentioned in booking. But all in all i would come back and i enjoyed my stay a lot!
