Very nice staff, great food, clean pools and rooms and very much activities to do. I traveled alone and stayed here for 4 days and it definitely made my trip to Hurghada better! Loved it!!

Good spot to kite. Friendly staff. Energetic atmosphere. Just outside the city but a perfect spot to kite or relax. Plenty of boat things to do. Food is good. I stayed in four hotels all above 8 rating between Hurghada and el gouna. All basically the same as far as food and facility. Not sure why this one was rated under 8 on booking.

The staff is top notch. So friendly, very polite, eager to help. Thank you for your amazing service. The food was so delicious. Being someone who is complicated when it comes to food, I enjoyed their Buffet. The Kitchen chef even made a special meal for me🥰. The security is amazing. The location is safe, atleast for me and my friends, we felt safe there. The scenery is so beautiful with an amazing beach and pools. We loved it. We took tons of pictures. The little shows in the evening after dinner is wonderful. So relaxing. One can't dream of a better holiday. Unfortunately out of my 7 nights, I only attended the last 2 due to our numerous activities we had planned for our stay. Overall, I had a great time in this location. Next time I am booking all Inclusive. We just booked with breakfast inclusive and had to pay for dinner extra since we were always out during lauch for the different activities we had booked. We later realised that, the hotel offered all the activities we did, but we had already paid everything through another french agency because did not speak English well amd preferred a guide who speaks french. Nevertheless, I will recommend you to pay for those activities through the hotel directly if you speak English.

Perfection does not exist but constructive critics heIp us improve. I won't say I did'nt like but, I will suggest that for such a beautiful location, that the rooms be professionally cleaned once in a while because the badroom and equipments are getting old. Perhaps the maintenance is not quite good. I guess the hotel has been there for years, but for it to keep the 5 stars, it will need a good maintainance in that regard. Thank you again for the wonderful time at your facility.

The service is excellent in all places. All the employees deal with you with a sincere smile. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the food tastes great. There is a different buffet every day and the breakfast buffet is very rich. There is a heated swimming pool. The entertainment team has different shows every day.

Whilst this hotel isn’t brand new, it’s character, charm and beautiful gardens leading to the beach made it magical. This resort offers all the amenities and more. The large team are all quick to help or provide solutions which make for a great first stay in Egypt. Moustafa (Front Office Manager) and his team were so kind and patient with me, especially after surgery. I will come back to this hotel. I will bring people. A great international hotel.

The cleaningness

This is a well managed hotel. The management asked us several times for a feedback. We got moved to a room with western exposure when we mentioned that morning sun bothered us. They were very helpful every time we asked.

At 7AM all better chaiselounges had already been reserved by the hords of Russians. We learned to tolerate them as evidently we owed them very good value.
