It remains a truly, excellent, little boutique hotel. Exceptionally clean for Egypt, staff are welcoming and helpful, and breakfast is superb value. Also a pretty calm and quiet atmosphere which is rare in Hurghada.! Huge thanks to the Head of Housekeeping who really trains his staff well and Mahmoud for his cleaning of the roof top bar area.

My only problem was on my last night with an Egyptian family in the room next door. Usual culture of " revolving" door syndrome with the children in and out all the time, door slamming and no parental control. Whilst this is acceptable in Egyptian homes, it should be prohibited in hotels where Europeans are also staying.

My stay at Palm Inn Hotel was great! It is well cleaned, rooms are nice with everything you need (AC, hairdryer, towels, fridge...), there is a nice rooftop with pool and view to the see, a cosy restaurant if you need to eat for very reasonable price... Thank you to the beautiful and kind Wafaa at the reception, to the nice Gaballa of housekeeping, and to all the staff, they're so friendly and professional. This hotel is the best option if you want to spend time outside, having day tour/trip everyday, and not wasting money in all those other inclusive hotels. I had the best vacation ever, I could afford having activities everyday (quad safari, diving day, snorkling day, day in Cairo, day in Louxor, parasailing...). And the hotel is also offering tour/trip services at very reasonable prices. It is located in downtown, less touristic, if you need, use Uber, so easy to reach the Marina for a walk or sheraton street for shops, or Orange Beach.. I'm so happy I took this hotel, and already thinking about coming back, as there are so many things to do.. thank you! Recommend at 100%!

If you just want to stay at the hotel and doing nothing, take an all inclusive hotel. If you want to make activities everyday, discover and have fun, choose Palm Inn Hotel!

The hotel offers good and valuable tours. Breakfast is very good too.

We think the restaurant is okay and not expensive, but also not great in terms of the (buffet) meals. So we recommend going elsewhere for dinner. The location of the hotel is reasonable but not great. The beach is far away (except for the public beach, which is not everybody's cup of tea), good restaurants are hardly within walking distance.

The night shift is verry well speak english. All the personelle are good working. Buth some chef they are noth understand if you tell something the restaurant. Salt is noth good for person that have hart problem. Some people talk to me it's so match salt .whe are European people ,we use a lot off naturelle herbs. Buth no salt .

Breakfest if you stay long it's good buth noth enoff variteit. En noth sweet ,diabetes is sweet sandwish noth good. And small cup for marmelat.its important when people are alergic off diabetes that say in the kitchen. En in the evening some fruit appel banaan . Puding creme brule. I will that the hotel go up in stars.*****

Very good value for money, very clean and well-managed 3* hotel, everybody in the hotel was caring and helpful. Great breakfast, including traditional Egyptian hot and cold dishes. Nice assortment in the breakfast package check-out before the breakfast. Palm Inn Hotel is just 10 km from the airport and the best way is to use the InDrive app.

The wi-fi in rooms is just paid and a low signal, so everybody is sitting in the lobby. The free wi-fi is a must everywhere now! The rooftop swimming pool was a very windy place and the water was quite cold (in February).

Attention to small details in room. Very nice

Nice big room with a/c and balcony. And very clean. The pool and sunbeds in the roof had a nice view over the sea.

I didn't like cardboard cup and plastic cups for coffee and juice in the morning. Strange a nice hotel use this.

Room was nice and comfortable , I used it as a base and it was perfect as it made everything accessible

One doorman was brilliant, could not do enough .. got me transport and was always smiling and welcoming, (the tall one with black hair) the other was the polar opposite , always on the phone , told me to wait in the road for transport and generally dismissed every enquiry with a wave away , literally in the week he was working he was never off his mobile phone, it was grating after having the original doorman for the first week who made life so much easier for me, I know first world problems and all that , it was just jarring.

Manager of the restaurant. He was touching the food with his fingers. And sat it on the plate again when I refused to take it. The bread in the different baskets as well. He was totally insistent upon the guests faces. Not shameless but nearly . So was another one as well. The staff was generally very nice and helpful and polite.

It was really worth the price; the breakfast was really good, and we loved our housekeeper, he made sure we had everything and brought us water almost everyday. The hotel is close to the beach and fortunately is not as far away from the center as the other hotels. The prices were cheap and we were provided with breakfast boxes on the days when we couldn't have breakfast in he hotel. Despite the few negative things I really do recommend the hotel!

Most days there was really loud music either in the lobby or on the 6th floor; they turned it off after 10 pm but on the days when we had to get up really early and wanted to sleep around 8 pm it was really negative because we did not see the need for that music. I mentioned this to one of the receptionists so hopefully this won't happen again. Also, one of the male receptionists never wrote down the guest requests, we were not the only ones who asked for something and then didn't get it because he forgot about it.
