We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting with a smile and making sure everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority here. It made our stay feel comfortable and cared for.

While the overall stay was fine, one major issue was the noise. The hotel has chairs placed outside the rooms, which encourages guests to gather and talk—often very loudly. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any quiet hours enforced, and the noise started as early as 5 a.m., making it difficult to get proper rest. I believe the hotel would benefit greatly from establishing and enforcing a clear policy for quiet hours, especially during early mornings and late nights.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I have stayed many times and i keep coming back because The installations are unique, beautiful, and carefully considered. It has personality, it has so many beautiful little details. The staff is amazing. The place is always very clean, they are so helpful and nice. There's lots of great common areas for having a coffee or eating your takeout. This place is very quiet. I appreciate that the staff doesn't play music in the common areas. Really, I think this is the best hotel in San Salvador, and I've stayed in quite a few.

Comfortable beds, good price, staff friendly. Quite location. WiFi ok.

Not walkable at night into the centre where bars etc are because there is virtually nobody on those streets after 8pm and although I like walking, not on dead streets that I don’t know. However, Uber is available at a very good price. Need to connect to WiFi in town at a restaurant etc to get back. Nice to have a coffee and tea facility on the premises.

The Plus side: Great location. Room was nice enough. Staff ftiendly. The minus side: Driver they got to take me to the airport short changed me. They do not clean the room during my stay and you have to ask for the towel.

The feeling of the venue is very cozy and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Having to ask for towels was a little letdown for me as I am used to have towels ready in my room.

The historic building was very interesting and the location was great. Parking was very secure and Wifi worked well. the room was on the smaller side but comfortable and good value for the price.

Value was great as well as the decor of the entire hotel which made me feel that as it it was a mini mansion turned into a hotel.

Find parking for the hotel was beyond confusing to there point where it became a little frustrating attempting to locate it.

Room was basic. No hot water. Where it’s located is quite a few blocks from Centro Histórico.

The location is walking distance to the historic centre. Friendly staff available to give info about sights and buses.

Besides the street vendors there was only one “restaurant” next door. Vendors shut down around 7 pm and restaurant at 7:30. No real stores around.

Nice private room with good working air-conditioning. I didn't need to use it all night. No hot water. Staff nice. 20 minute walk from centro historico.
